David Minnich - Sales Person - Mb Pompano Billy Haworth - Manager - MB Pompano Michael Hertz - Service Manager Orlando Maitland Those three Gentleman are the best, and I highly recommend to perform your transactions through them and at Pompano MB. A fairy tail: Once upon a time, I the German guy needed to renew his SL inventory and decided to go Online Shopping. MB Pompano had the best selection and offers available, so I decided to just jump in my aged SL500 and take a day trip to the Pompano Castle of MB. Once arrived, I was stunned how beautiful and well kept the location was, I was ready to call my fairy at the bank to send over some gold coins to just buy all the beautiful vehicles displayed. But my inner voice told me to may just go inside and see if someone maybe able to guide me in the right direction. Once entering the sacred halls of MB Pompano main lobby, I was greeted in a NON-Pushy way and Billy the Manager guided me to David, after he had inquired what I was here for. I needed to see that "Silver" Beauty SL550 as it was advertised on the wonderful world so called internet. David instantly provided a warm though professional introduction of himself and his company. We were instantly walking to the showroom were the "used" SL550 was displayed, and were I was able to spend all the time in the world with the car. All questions were answered, and even when I was drifting away to other models, David never pushed or pressured me to anything BUT, I honored is true opinion on some models displayed and refocused on the main target. It all came down, that I actually had another "victim" at another MB dealership eyed, and wanted to see that at well. David did not hesitate to drive me over to the other dealership, which happened to be a part of the this network. We spend a lot of time, and David was never impatient nor pushy, and just wanted to make it right for me and followed MY lead. At the end of this little fairy tale, I will just combine everything into bullet points to make sure YOU read and digest it ALL: 1. Negotiatians: honest, fair 2. Trade in: honest, fair (my car wasn't even there, but Billy the manager trusted my word, which is worth more than anything to a true German) 3. Arrangements for pickup and more: I reside in Orlando, and David/Billy made every effort to make this simple. Billy even offered to send a truck to pick up my tradein and deliver my just purchased SL550. Decided to come back two days later, to give enough time for cleanup, inspection and transfer. 4. Delivery, transfer: WOW, nice job guys 5. Contract transaction and payment, registration etc.: took a little while, since somehow there was an illness-case in the staff. The agent was super organized, polite, professional and had everything well prepared. Really convenient for me was the fact that the registration agent was right at the dealership, so I even received my 2018 decals right away. 6. Follow up: David followed up right away on the next day to inquire how the SL was performing on my first road trip back to Orlando. 7. Unfortunately there was issues with the electric system somehow, and the battery light came on and never quit. 8. Now, the true quality and professionalism of this dealership, David and his Manager Billy comes to shine: Due to the fact that a warranty or even return guarantee is a part of the deal, I was offered to have this fixed right away and as convenient for me as possible. Billy found me another MB here i Orlando-Maitland which took care of me right away. Mr. Michael Hertz, service manager contacted me right away and schedule and appointment AND loaner car. All issues where taken care of and even more. Billy was able to provide me with a new second key fob which was missing, granted several small cosmetic but non mechanical repairs (not covered under warranty). My SL received a complete SDS (service computer) checkup, resulting in finding the root cause to have it repaired correctly. New SAM, two new batteries and FueseBox, cabin fan adjusted and reprogrammed, breaks completely rechecked and cleaned, hood latch adjusted, plastic covers repaired, NEW keyfob. I received a almost new CLA250 as a loaner for the time being, never a question or doubt from the service manager. One week later, the car was done, NEW MB parts, Pompano MB took care of the invoice within no time, and off I went to Maitland to get my SL back. WAY TO GO - Please accept my sincere thanks to have honored your word, your "handshakes" and promises. I will be a future service customer of MB-Maitland, just because it's to far to go to Pompano for service. But my next MB, or the next MB of people in my network will be purchased from Pompano!!!!!
