Salesman Robert Abrahams was excellent and spent many hours reviewing and demonstrating the attributes of the new Mercedes S500. Also excellent was the financial Controller Samantha who very efficiently and professionally handled the paperwork. Professional from start to finish! Went for service this morning and after a seamless appointment made on line last night. I was welcomed at the service bay by a young and polite gentleman. I was then greeted by my service person Anja who was polite, courteous and professional and went above and beyond by calling a Lyft for me which took me to the local LA fitness. I was furnished with a link to call Lyft when I was done and went back to me car being ready. I live in Highland beach and have a MB dealer very close to my house but I’ll be happy to drive 20 minutes to deal with a dealership that runs smoothly! Thank you MB of Pompano! 5 stars for me!!

Worst Customer Service ever experienced in a Dealership. I went to service my car, was told it would be ready in 4-6 hours and was given a ride back home. I waited the 6 hours, no calls back, I asked a friend to drive me to the dealership and once I got there 8:30 pm, the Service Area is closed. I talked to the Manager in charge in the Sales Area, Rusell Kerr and told him I needed my car since I had to travel to Orlando next morning at 0600 am. He says he can not do anything for me, I ask him to call his Manager and he said "My manager would not answer his phone if I call him" It is 0845 pm. No solution was given, I had to cancel my travel plans. Next morning I asked to talk to a Manager in the Service Area and without being apologetic says I can take my car and get it serviced another day or they can deliver it home, he could not compensate me for the cancelled travel plans and gave me a $100 gift card to buy something in their store. Again I had to wait since 0800 to 1100 that morning to get my car. No apologies offered and I still have no idea why a simple 20K service has to take two days, and why nobody would call me let me know my car has to stay overnight without knowing what plans I have or if I need the car next day.

I love Mercedes but after my engine blew & Mercedes didn’t want to replace under my CPO warranty and how I was treated I will NEVER buy another one again! They didn’t try to help or care my car was a 2020 & stated I had to pay 16k for engine replacement plus 6k for labor. Thanks

We've brought the car back twice for routine annual maintenance and the service department can't seem to locate the 4 year maintenance/service contract we purchased with the vehicle from this dealership. This time the service department claimed the contract was cancelled. Very frustrating. We would expect more from Autonation.

Unfortunately, first time for my poor experience during my visit to Pompano Beach- Mercedes Benz Service department. My visit was to seek a "Technology Specialist" to remedy or update software as per Mercedes Benz Customer Service and the case # was provided to the advisor, which he was very courteous and professional. It took 2 days for the" shop service individual" to read the error message that appeared on my Multimedia Screen and was the reason for the visit. Simply it was highlighted on the repair invoice and I was told ..sorry we can't do anything about it. I believe that either you may not have a "Technology Specialist" or was too busy to see my vehicle. After 2 days without a loaner car which was ok, got my car without any valid explanation from the shop technician, but it was covered with some of "Birds Droppings" and the front passenger seat was full reclined and that's an indication that someone was relaxing in my car or might be sleeping????? Honestly, I have been thinking for a couple of days to voice my opinion or just move on. I decided to share that experience with whom it may concern.

No wait time because Car had to be kept Overnight....BUT ...No loaner as there was none Available....A bit disappointing....BUT Armando Ramos took very good care of getting me a drive back home ....and getting back to MB the next day in a timely manner. So I was satisfied. All employees are cordial, friendly and accommodating.

Probably the worst experience I’ve ever had from a car dealership in my life. From the lady that answers the phone - Iliana who is extremely rude to the service advisors that don’t give anyone updates on service, to the managers who don’t call you back when you leave multiple messages for them. Had my car go in for routine maintenance, took them a WEEK and it’s still not done. A week to do routine maintenance. No calls back, no updates, this place is an absolute joke. There is 0 professionalism, 0 accountability, and 0 leadership at this dealership. Paying 100k + for a vehicle and getting the service of a shady car dealer in the Bronx is not how business should be conducted.

My overall experience with Xavier and the entire team of Mercedes of Pompano was was extremely smooth and comfortable. Xavier was excellent, empathic, courteous, and knowledgeable on all aspects of buying my beautiful car. I felt heard and Xavier made it all possible with putting a smile on my face by making me have what I wanted to close the year off right. It hasn’t been a week yet and I’m all smiles every single day driving my beautiful car. Also, I had a pleasure of meeting The Gm, Mike, he too made a point of coming over to me to introduce himself. He provided his business card in case I needed anything in the future. He was very genuine and great ambassador of Mercedes! The entire process was so easy, it made me feel as if I worked with a family member something that is rare to say when working with car sales people. My 2020 MB C 300 was brought in to Mercedes Benz in Pompano on December 20, 2022. I was received in a friendly manner, the vehicle was inspected for and damages and the interior was properly covered against any dirt, filth which could have occurred during service. The vehicle was serviced perfectly and returned as promised impeccably clean. It was obvious that the dealership merits a number -10 and the service representative Armando Ramos as well. My left rear run flat tire was punctured by building debris in the street last Wednesday afternoon. I called Mercedes-Benz of Pompano about this issue first thing Thursday morning. I was told to bring the car in immediately. The tire was examined promptly upon my arrival (no appointment needed), and was deemed beyond repair. The tire was replaced free of charge per the purchase contract I agreed to buy with the car. The job was completed within the 1.5 hour time frame, and I was sent on my way, along with a complementary car wash. I am positively impressed by the first class treatment I received

It was a fabulous experience overall. My only suggestion would be to spend a little more time on using all of the features the car has to offer..... Perhaps doing it in two separate sessions. Marvin is definitely an asset to the company, he worked tirelessly to help me through the process, he wasn’t pushy, He was very honest & went over & beyond to make me comfortable! Marvin even continued to be of great assistance even after the sale! Talk about excellent salesmanship! Marvin is the sort of salesperson you want to encounter at every car dealership. They could not find what is wrong with car for a whole week then asked me to replace the battery, but it was not the issue then they figure out it was the sensor that needs to be replaced. At the end I end up paying all replacements that was not required. Complained to company but I received no explanation. Paid total over $1700 for a single sensor replacement needed to run my car.

After few days of service, the car was return to me as fixed, however, the issue was not resolved. I was charged tremendous amount of money just for nothing?my car is not safe for driving as it continues having jerks and engine shuts down. I wonder, if they even tested my car for driving after so called ?service.? If they would, they definitely would notice that problem still exists. While scheduling an appointment, I requested a loaner. Upon arrival, immediately, I was told that I do not qualify for one as my car is few years old. After a dispute, they assigned one for me. I definitely was treated as an intruder, not a valued customer. I would not trust this dealer at all. They service is poor and unreliable. Do not recommend.

Had an issue with a loose plastic sunroof panel which was subject to an recall but my VIN number surprisingly was not included. Dealership offered to perform the repair under goodwill, at cost with 50% contribution which was acceptable since I needed it repaired right away and the regular cost would have been $2200. Went to trade in my Mercedes I purchased 7 months ago to buy another car there Ave they offered me $14k less. Really. What an insult. So you either sold me a car way overpriced or you don’t appreciate a repeat buyer and offer me way less. I’ve even said I’ll be buying a car a year. Imagine. I have a horrible experience with this dealership. Several months ago I purchased a new car and paid the whole price in cash. They told me that they would arrange for the title to be sent to me by mail in 3-4 weeks from the date of purchase. Since then I have made multiple calls to the people who were involved in the process of buying the car. They do not take my calls, they do not return the calls and they do not answer any text messages. Their phone voice-mails are full, you can't reach an operator, the recording brings you back to the same main menu. Needless to say that the title never arrived. They only care about a customer when they need to sell you a car. After that they will ghost you.

I waited for 1.5 hour, then found the advisor, who said no work had yet been done on my car because I had not yet signed a form he had on his desk. He claimed to look for me, which I doubt because I never left the area. Not even an apology, just a question if I wanted to set up another appointment!

If I could give 0 stars I would… We purchased the 2018 Mercedes E400, from Mercedes Benz of pompano beach. In November of 2020 after thanksgiving. We brought the car mid year of 2021 to get the steering wheel fixed because it was peeling and they only changed the middle console and not the steering wheel. Then around sept of 2021 the dash board started peeling as well we brought in to get fixed they kept the car for about 2 days then told us they didn’t have the parts it was on back order So I kept reaching out every month after that trying to get some answers but everyone I spoke to was very dismissive and rude they weren't helpful in any way. I went to the service dept last week June of 2022 after many attempts of getting my vehicle repaired. There was appointment in the system so I would’ve been able to receive a loaner vehicle but when I got there they told me they didn’t have a loaner for me so put in an Uber. So was displaced out of a car for about 4 days then they reached out telling me the car was completed. Then after I received the car I realized that night that the ambiance lighting wasn’t working on the dashboard so I made another appointment which was June 22 2022. I told them that I wasn’t satisfied with the work and I voiced my concerns then was later told if I wasn’t satisfied with the work I should trade in my car which I feel wasn’t their to tell what I should with MY vehicle . I requested to speak to the supervisor and the supervisor basic didn’t want to hear anything I was saying and said if I was going to continue to speak over him I would need to leave the premises and he said he was unwilling to fix my vehicle then he proceeded to call the cops on me. Then I was told by the cops I needed to leave the premises because they were not going to fix my car. I felt very racially profiled since I walked in that day they basically brushed off any concerns I had about my vehicle and refused me service. I contacted another Mercedes dealer and was informed that being that they did the work they should have warranty on whatever work was done so if something were to happen they should be liable.

Mercedes S550 was in because it didnt start. After paying $4190.00 for diagnostics, a starter, & an ME control module, car was returned running badly, ABS, suspension warning & Check engine light still on. Several items were broken at the shop. I was told that one would be repaired when part came in 3 wks ago. Never called and stopped answering my texts and calls. Now being told that I need to pay $289 to diagnose just the check engine light.

What a great experience! One of the first times in purchasing a car that it wasn’t uncomfortable. My salesman Justin introduced himself and allowed me to look around on my own when I went into the dealership. They did not have the car that I was looking for, however Justin assured me he would look for one. He did not disappoint. He called me a couple weeks later to let me know the car I was interested in was arriving. I went in right away to see the car and knew I wanted it for sure. Justin walked me through the process of purchasing the car and explained everything. The managers were accommodating, and Gio in finance was helpful. After my purchase Justin inquired what I valued having electronically in a car, and programmed my car to fit my needs. He showed me how everything worked and made sure I was comfortable prior to leaving the dealership. I definitely wouldn’t hesitate referring my friends and family to this dealership and Justin. He even followed up with me a couple of days later to ensure I was satisfied.

I reached out to the Service representative that my problems still exist, can he take care of my situations. Days later I received a courtesy called reference my service. I explained to the caller that what i took my car in for wasn't fixed. She told me the Service representative will be calling in two days. I haven't received no call back from anyone from Mercedes-Benz of Pompano. As a customer for almost 10 years @ Mercedes-Benz of Pompano, I will not be going back.

I will give you the facts, you make the call: I got an estimate from Bradley Markoff to replace an OEM wheel and I was told to call 1 day before the repair so the wheel would be in stock. Called Bradley Markoff two separate days and he never called me back. Called a third time to schedule an appointment and gave a service rep the VIN. I was told the part would be ordered before my appointment. Called the day before my appointment. Anya, the service consultant never got any of my info. Wheel was never ordered. I bought the vehicle at this dealership. I will never set foot there again.

Do not recommend it!!! They have sales staff with no experience at all, cero customer service and/or will to sell or show you the features of a new car that is very techy. I'm new to Mercedes, went to the Pompano dealership at 350 W Copans Rd Pompano Beach, FL 33064, checked a first car that we didn't like and was offered to see a second one with Soon roof and "upgraded features", a car with almost cero gas, so we could only test drive on the parking lot, the motor engine light was on (they fixed this before delivering the car after a next day sale - red flag for the future of a very expensive service). For these reasons, I ended up with a "premium" 2022 Mercedes GLB for $46K ($58K after purchasing extra coverage and taxes) $10K down, with no Navigation installed from the factory, no Wi-Fi, and a cabin that feels like you are driving a Subaru with the windows down. I didn't find the map or navigation features when leaving this dealership with the car, but I thought I was going to find out later after reading the manual or seeing some YouTube videos, cause of course, the salesperson never stepped into the car to show any features, the financing process took longer than them showing and selling the car to me. I'm rejecting this deal and will bring the car back to them and never again with Mercedes. I called the salesperson Isaac Bertho, who of course has no clue about how to help with my complain and told me an experienced salesperson Ross- who did encourage us to apply and run our credit, will call us with a better explanation or solution. No call, no nothing from this dealership. I was also transferred to a sales Manager and was away of her desk.

I only wished that the vehicle came with a full tank of gas. I don't know if dealerships do this as it has been about 10 years since buying a vehicle. With the prices of gas and the price paid for the vehicle, would have been a nice perk.

What a fabulous experience it was buying a car from the Mercedes’ dealer in Pompano. The Gm, Mike , made a point of coming over to me to introduce himself. He provided his business card in case I needed anything in the future. The entire process was so easy!! I explained to Keith , my salesperson , what I was looking for. A few clicks on the computer and we found my dream car. I had decided to trade my car in. That took about 4 minutes to get the best quote for my trade in. The selection of options for maintenance and tire protection was so easy with Scott. I give the store an -11 out of 10!! The best!!Loved the entire experience- thank you Mercedes of Pompano !!

Ehh my experience could have been better. My car was supposed to take 1-2 hours for a battery replacement but it actually took 5hrs. When I first arrived that had my old cars info and I told them I had a new car, they still gave me pricing for the old car… the advisor was nice but seemed overwhelmed. I’ll go to Delray next time.

Management cannot do anything and are afraid of their own sales associates. I've never met an unprofessional team in my life. Especially if you're trying to buy a used car. Sales associates will make the comment that they only make $100 and they really don't care if you buy.

I am beginning to get my life back on track while caring for my 2 grandchildren due to their mother’s death. The alternator on my 2014 C250 therefore I was unable to drive the 60 minutes to Cutler Bay instead I had to tow my vehicle to Pompano Beach Mercedes Dealership. I was extremely uncomfortable because I am a woman and I know and understand upselling in this business. My vehicle is 8 years old and although since purchasing my car I have always had ALL repairs and maintenance completed by Mercedes Benz of Cutler Bay. I am writing you to make you aware how I was treated on Friday September 16,2022 at the Mercedes Benz Pompano Beach location by Ilija a Service Advisor. From the moment he was extremely patronizing and demeaning. I felt extremely vulnerable as a woman with an inoperable vehicle. He started with the loaner I had to tell him I have owned a Mercedes for the last decade. I decided from that moment to have my son be the primary point of contact as I am emotionally unable to be victimized by poor customer service, patronizing communication and condescending behavior. Perhaps because my vehicle is a 2014 and not a high dollar 2022. Either way I deserve excellent customer service every single time I do business with Mercedes Benz. I dropped my car off Friday morning 9/16/22 nearly 10am. I heard back from Ilija at 5:53pm by phone indicating the shop is busier than usual a lot of the guys have a big job, and my car won’t be looked at until Monday. Monday 2:05pm I received a text message with service recommendations. I responded at 2:10pm via text and my son also called the Service Advisor Illija and left messages. We heard nothing back from the Service advisor no response. Today Thursday September 22, 2022, I received a condescending, patronizing and threatening text message indicating he needs a decision. If a decision was not made a loaner charge would start from the loaner department. I dare he make such a threat when he had NOT responded to numerous contacts by my son and me. I am unsure what the Best Practices are for Mercedes Benz regarding providing premier customer service. I was appalled and disgusted and I am saddened that I do not feel comfortable receiving service from my C250 from the Dealership that is closest to my home. I am not a first-time owner of Mercedes Benz I fully understand the process. My expectations were not met and definitely NOT exceeded. I will be picking up my vehicle tomorrow September 23, 2022. I had asked for trade on options on a specific car, and specifically to be texted about those options 1because I'm busy and 2 so I'd have it in writing to refer back to. After ghosting me for a week I was finally called, never presented actual options, and asked what I wanted to do. Well, I WANTED the porsche. Now I'll be look elsewhere. You should probably teach the woman on your acquisitions team to RESPOND TO TEXTS instead of deciding for herself who's worth doing business with and who gets ghosted.

I was extremely impressed by the service I received at this car dealership. I was very nervous about purchasing a vehicle from a car dealer. I was so pleasantly surprised by the friendly staff, prompt service & beautiful facility. After I test drove the vehicle I coordinated with my bank for financing the purchase. I live over an hour away from this dealership. We were able to complete all of the paperwork remotely. Umut Gurbuz was my sales rep & he was very nice, seemed very honest, helpful, and authentic. We communicated with ease by text, email and by phone. He actually drove all the way to my home for the final signatures, kindly accommodating my late work schedule, & had my vehicle delivered to my home on a flatbed truck. On 01/22/22, I dropped off my vehicle off to be serviced with Mercedes Benz of Pompano. 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment time I was greeted by Armando Ramos with "Whats a BMW doing in a Mercedes dealership?". Not, "Hey, sorry we are short staffed" or "thanks for your patience, how can I help you?" Great start with the customer service! I should've ran but the only reason I drove 1.5 hours to have it serviced with them is because I had previously purchase my Vehicle Care package when purchasing the vehicle in 2019. It should be noted that I had absolutely no engine issues or indication lights illuminated in my vehicle prior to dropping my car off for service. My only concern was at times my car would have trouble starting and one time wouldn’t accelerate. They advised that my (2014) battery needed to be replaced and I paid $444.69 for them to do so. After my service/oil change, they advised that the cam shaft sensor was needing to be replaced (this sensor was not showing prior to drop off). We agreed but they never fixed this or charged us for it. The service advisor called us and stated that they wanted to courtesy tow my vehicle to BMW in Delray to reset codes that were popping up after the oil change. After possessing my vehicle for over a month, on 2/21/22 Armando Ramos advised me that they had to go into the engine. I decided that this was not necessary as there was no indication of any engine issues at drop off and would pickup my vehicle. At no point in time was I advised that my fully functioning vehicle was now inoperable. When I drove 1.5 hrs to pickup my vehicle on 2/26/22 there was now a knocking noise, the check engine light was on, the drive train malfunction indicator was on and I was not even able to drive it out of dealership. I expressed my concerns to the manager Matthew Pickton that stated “they thought they did something wrong but didn’t”. He proceeded to tell us that it was our fault that the car was not serviced often enough. We advised him that we never had any engine trouble until the car was serviced by them and left in their possession for over a month. He then used the analogy. "If you went to a friends house and turned on the light and the light went out when you turned on the switch, are you financially responsible?" I do not think this was an appropriate analogy as a light bulb and an engine are on two very different wave lengths here. Why would he say that they thought they did something wrong? Its because they knew that my vehicle was not in this condition at drop off. I left my vehicle there as it was undrivable and I wanted answers. He would not give us any information. I spoke with Ailed the Care Service director and she backed up her manger almost sounding like a copy paste. On 03/04/22, I had my vehicle towed by my insurance to an authorized BMW dealer local to my home, after being threatened with $75/day storage fee from the service director Ailed Riverol. The local BMW shop NOT AFFIILATED with Auto Nation did a diagnostic on the vehicle costing us an additional $200. It stated my oil filter was new but my engine only had .5 quarts of what “appeared to be old oil”. The engine failed due to “oil starvation”. How was my vehicle starved of oil when Mercedes Benz of Pompano supposedly did an oil change? My vehicle holds 5.3 quarts of oil and was found to only have a half of a quart with no leaks? In addition, at drop off to Mercedes Benz of Pompano, my vehicle was clocked in at 91,214 miles. At pickup, according to my paperwork the mileage was the same at 91,214 for mileage. However, they drove my car during the time of their possession. Also note, there was 91,216 on my odometer at pickup with photo proof. The manager, director and even Corporate will not return my calls nor my request for paperwork and photos from their ipad. I call daily and I'm told by corporate that they will return my calls within 48 hours with not one return call. I have reported this dealership and want their buyers to beware because this to could happen to you.

I live in Atlanta, Georgia, and was looking for an E43 AMG with specific features. MB of Pompano was the only MB dealer nationwide with this car in stock and within budget. Since this is a long review, I want to start with all the problems this CPO car had when it was sold to me. Then I will share my experience with this dealership, which ignored all my concerns, emails, and phone calls. To date, I have not yet to hear from them. The CPO car sold and certified by MB of Pompano came with the following defects: 1. The differential needed to be replaced. The car made a scratching noise while driving, and the suspension compressor was very loud and scratchy. 2. The steering wheel was not centered, and the alignment was off. Later we know the issue was the steering rack failed internally and had to be replaced. 3. The car was delivered with the check engine light on (P0442 Evaporative emission system leak detected). 4. The vehicle's ride height was off and needed to be calibrated. 5. The brake fluid was old and dirty. It needed to be flushed and replaced. 6. Front parking sensors were turning on randomly when it was raining. They later realized the sensors were not properly secured. 7. The driver's floor mat was damaged; the passenger's floor mat was missing. 8. Odor bottle in clove compartment did not work and the bottle was empty. 9. Tires were not balanced 10. Bluetooth microphone did not work In addition, I had to hire a private transport company to pick up and deliver my vehicle at an additional cost of $1,200. This is because MB of Pompano kept postponing the delivery of my car, after I paid $800 for the transport cost. I eventually received a refund from them after 6 weeks of me calling and emailing with reminders to process my refund. When I noticed most of the defects once I received the vehicle, I informed MB of Pompano, hired Lemon Squad to inspect the car, and took it to Mercedes Benz of Marietta for further evaluation. All the defects were confirmed. I have the independent report from Lemon Squad and the repair order detail invoices from MB of Marietta, and I am happy to share them with anyone. The car was delivered on 07/08, only for me to notice all the above-mentioned problems and take it to MB of Marietta in Georgia for warranty service. The car stayed at the dealership for a total of almost seven weeks, and I needed to bring it back twice. I now owned the car for a total of 10 weeks but had it in my possession for less than three weeks. To make matters worse, the car issues is just the start of my unprofessional experience with MB dealerships. The experience was made much worse with the way the dealerships handled everything from beginning to end. General Manager Michael Lucia completely ignored me even though I tried to contact him several times via phone and multiple emails. I thought if anyone cared, it was the GM. The entire sales team hung up on me when I asked to speak to the General Manager. To date, he has not responded. The salesman Conrad Lewis was helpful initially when making the sale but then ignored me as well. Throughout the process, he made false promises or made inaccurate statements. I made the decision to buy a CPO Mercedes Benz from a Mercedes Benz dealership for the “exacting standards” that MB is known for. I had many other less costly options for purchasing a car, from local, national, and even online dealerships. I read this quote from your CPO fact sheet and believed every word. “…This report shows that your newly acquired pre-owned Mercedes-Benz vehicle has been inspected and when required reconditioned to our exacting standards. Further, it is your assurance that you will receive the same considerate customer service that we provide to our new vehicle owners. You have selected one of the premier vehicles in the world you deserve nothing less.” I picked up my car yesterday, for the third time now and finally all the issues were resolved. On 9/7/22 I visited the dealer to view a used car I saw online. The car wasn't charged so I left my info to be advised once charging was done. As of 9/10/22, I hadn't received a call advising car was charged, so I called to check if car was charged and was told I would get a call back. Strike two.. no call back. On 9/15/22, I scheduled an appointment online for 9/17/22 to give enough time for the car to be charged. On 9/17/22 I replied to the online appointment confirmation to ask if car was charged and was told I would be responded to. Strike three...no call back. But I got a call when I sent an email to cancel my appointment and the reason for the cancelation. Worst customer service I've received from a "luxury" dealership.

I was visiting my son in Pompano Beach when the engine light came on and stayed on. I did not want to drive back to NC with the light on. Pompano Beach Mercedes was able to quickly set up an appointment for me to get my car checked out. Ilija was my service person and he was wonderful. Being a senior citizen, he was very patient with me and answered all my questions. He called me several times while my car was in the repair shop to update me on what was being done and when it would be ready for pick up. I was very pleased with the service I received. Brought my GLS450 in several times for some issues under factory warranty , such as engine stuttering and smoking and notorious air suspension problems with excessive rear tire irregular wear. Dealer kept the vehicle for over a month for several Instances and couldn’t get it right. I had to bring back over and over. While they had my vehicle for such long time, they were charging me fees for the loaner vehicle exiting the tri-county area; despite the fact I explained my work requires me to drive to collier county ( which is closer to many places inside miami-Dade or Palm beach itself ). After they “ finished “ working on the vehicle, i drove about 5 months and the engine knocked with 66K miles. Whatever they did prevented oil to flow properly according to another dealer’s prognostic. Also, a long time problem I was having with the tire wear was resolved quickly by another dealer just by performing a correct alignment / camber adjustment and airmatic spring replacement. My vehicle really started riding smoothly again when I quit using MB of pompano. It’s a pity. Such a huge store, closer to me, with such sloppy and irresponsible service.

I recently had my GTC roadster worked on in the service department. I had a very good and positive experience. Anja was our service writer and was very helpful to have the work expedited in a very timely manner. The ease of getting in and out of the service department was very easy and also great that everything was under A/C. I actually was looking at a Range Rover. I thought it was located at Land Rover but it was located at Mercedes of Pompano. I called to see if they had it . I received a Text from Conrad OMG went above and beyond went above and beyond to send me pictures and assured me he had the truck there. I came in was at awwws over the truck. Between Conrad and the sales Manager who went above and beyond to get me in this truck. Let's say 2 weeks later I smile every time I walk out my front door to get in my Range Rover.

I needed a second key for my car. I called Parts and they assured me they had the key and it would take 20 minutes to come in and have it programmed. The Key cost Over $1,000! $660 for the key and almost $300 for Labor for 20 minutes to program a key. (The rest was tax).] They told me it would be expensive, but not the amount before I started. I assumed they meant $300 which I once paid for a Lexus key.

Brought my vehicle in due to flood damage and was hoping to get it repaired via insurance claim. Frank in service got me into a loaner while I awaited the final word from Insurance. The bad news is my vehicle sustained too much damage tobe repaired and was deemed a total loss. The good news is Frank was on top of it all and communicated with me throughout the entire process and gave me time to return the loaner on my free time. It was a sad day to lose a beautiful car but I will be looking to purchase another soon and if it is a Mercedes Benz I will be sure to bring it to Frank at MB of Pompano.

After going to the horrible MB of Fort Lauderdale (Rip-Off dealer) and the less than stellar MB of Pembroke PInes, we found our home at MB of Pompano Beach. We didn't even buy a MB this time. I purchased the new EQS450+ in January 2022 and only driving for a week it started to give me some trouble. First, interior ambient lights, then major issues like battery and drive unit...Since then it has gone to the MB service 8+ times and still has some issues (coolant level, bolts, etc) I finally decided to part ways and took advantage of the lemon law so that MB could buy the car back. Aside from all technical issues, car drives and feels like a dream.

My service advisor is EXCELLENT, Armando. I have been dealing with him for about 10 yrs. He knows Mercedes? product and if he doesn?t he gets the answer. He actually READS MY CAR RECORDS, had other advisors, didn?t have a clue about previous repairs or updates. Customer comfort this dealership NONE. TV BROKEN, NO ICE MACHINE, suggested when tv worked put on closed caption. Been to other dealerships , made it pleasantly easy to pass the time. Small snack bar or easy food SVC. If you have an issue, actual mgr never seen or never returns calls.

Went in to get car service told them blind spot sensor is not working advisor forgot to tell technician. Had to send the car back advisor states it was fixed. Told the advisor about the back window not going down. Advisor stated i would need to make a future appointment bc parts needs to be ordered. Left dealership only to see blind spot sensor light came back on and now my door will not lock. Went back to the dealership they claimed it was fix left dealership again only to notice said door is now not opening from outside and if it?s opened from inside only way to close the door is to put the child safety lock on. Went back to the dealership today. They are telling me that there is no power to the door and I have to operate it manually when it was working prior to going for service. They have incompetent technicians.

AutoNation is a big scam. Inflated service prices, i dont trust the authencity of the parts they put in, misleading coupons on their websites, rude pompous associates. I switched to the Ft Pierce location which is not part of AutoNation. Honest, decent and my oil change is more than half of what they charge at AutoNation.

I asked for a manual for the car I purchase. It took 2 years to get it. I asked several times for it. The last time I asked for it I was told you waited 2 years to ask for it. I replied I asked several times for it. Finally I received some attention and the service manager made a few phone calls and after about 45min found out it was on shelf somewhere. I purchased a vehicle from Mercedes-Benz of Pompano Beach in 2020. Car was exceptional never had any issues. Recently, due to a work/travel situation, I decided to sell my vehicle back in (2/5/22). The sales associate Umit was the same in both instances. Price and terms are agreed and everything is documented both sides and I am happy with the agreement. Fast forward to over a month later, payoff letter submitted etc, I still do not have a reimbursement that was agreed. I continue to contact Umit from sales which has now asked me to not contact him further, and even then, still would not provide feedback or an status of my reimbursement. I’ve reached out to 3 separate members of the finance team including the Finance Director Ryan Barksdale, Ashley Galan, and Marjine Uddin all via email and multiple voicemails, no acknowledgement or replies to date. I left multiple voicemails to the General Managers phone numbers that was provided by the operator at dealership…zero update. I've never been in a scenario where I have to chase a dealership for a reimbursement status in the thousands of dollars. I hate to be a person that leaves negative feedback, however everything about this place from the sales to the management at this point seems completely irresponsible and lacking any sense of customer service. I’d highly recommend driving a few more miles and taking your business elsewhere. I purchased a vehicle from Mercedes-Benz of Pompano Beach in 2020. Car was exceptional never had any issues. Recently, due to a work/travel situation, I decided to sell my vehicle back in (2/5/22). The sales associate Umit was the same in both instances. Price and terms are agreed and everything is documented both sides and I am happy with the agreement. Fast forward to over a month later, payoff letter submitted etc, I still do not have a reimbursement that was agreed. I continue to contact Umit from sales which has now asked me to not contact him further, and even then, still would not provide feedback or an status of my reimbursement. I’ve reached out to 3 separate members of the finance team including the Finance Director Ryan Barksdale, Ashley Galan, and Marjine Uddin all via email and multiple voicemails, no acknowledgement or replies to date. I left multiple voicemails to the General Managers phone numbers that was provided by the operator at dealership…zero update. I've never been in a scenario where I have to chase a dealership for a reimbursement status in the thousands of dollars. I hate to be a person that leaves negative feedback, however everything about this place from the sales to the management at this point seems completely irresponsible and lacking any sense of customer service. I’d highly recommend driving a few more miles and taking your business elsewhere. Recently purchased a Smart Fortwo car at Mercedes Benz Pompano. Could not have asked for more outstanding service! They not only delivered the car for free, but the sales manager drove to our house (about 1 1/2 hours away) so that we could sign the sales documents. My family bought 2 cars there Monday. I was promised by our salesman Harold that if we left the car there till Wednesday that it would be detailed perfectly. The windows would be tinted and all would be perfect. Called again Wednesday the day of pickup to confirm with Harold that the car was detailed perfectly and that the scratches were tended to. He again assured me they were but told me that the tinter was away till Saturday. Go to get the car and it was a total mess. The emblems had caked on wax left everywhere and the scratches were never even touched. He had somebody then rush over to try to clean things up. After 40 minutes we just took the car and left. When telling Harold of our extreme dissatisfaction he said we could just bring the car back and cancel the deal. That was his whole response. If you go there please beware of what salesman you use. The dealership is beautiful but the experience was terrible. Still waiting for the call to get the windows tinted that he promised by the way.

I decided to purchase a vehicle from automation online. Due to me residing in South Carolina I figure to give this online buying a shot. So the process was easy, the shipping took forever. Once the car arrived I was somewhat satisfied. There?s a lot I should?ve known about the car. There was a tear approx 2? on the back leather seat. Several noticeable scratches. The previous owner had a pet because the detail job was horrible. I had to apply a coat of wax on the car because the paint felt rough and acid rain. The clear coat on the front bumper is coming off abs the weather strip on the door is noticeable torn. Besides that, I like that car.

After hunting around for my dream car I located one at Mercedes Benz of Pompano Beach Florida that was a CPO with a handful of miles. The only problem was I?m in California and the dealership is in Florida. I know you?re probably wondering why I couldn?t shop local? I know me to except the car I wanted is a very limited handbuilt amg gtr so slim pickings finding the right one. After seeing my dream car online I contacted the dealer and was amazed at how professional they were in answering every single one of my countless questions, sending pictures and videos, just totally took care of any concerns I had. I had to finance the car and after working with my local credit union trying get the transaction done the dealership requested they see if they can match the terms and literally less than an hour the transaction wad done, I couldn?t believe it. All maintenance and more was done including fresh tires and 4 wheel alignment all at zero cost. If you are shopping for a new or used car I highly recommend giving MB of Pompano a call! I had my 2012 Mercedes serviced in pompano. It was due for a service check that was over due by 75 days with 105,000 miles. It sat thru COVID for over a year. I asked for that service plus change both batteries - fine. The service agent told me spark plugs were due at 120,000. I said I will come back a 120,000 - fine. Then, after the service, they said they would not reset my service notification until I changed my spark plugs. ???? Not happy

Brought my S65 for service. Called Monday and asked for 2 new tires as had been recommended by your shop. Arranged a Friday afternoon drop with Saturday pick up. Was told they’d have the tires. Also said I needed rear brake work. Arrived Friday.... didn’t have tires.... quoted me $5,000 for tires and brakes. I took the car to my original dealer in Daytona. Replaced tires and brake pads in 24 hours for $1300.

Well I went to lease a vehicle. Picked a car GLC300 on the lot. Sat down, salesman went to “OZ” as I call him, for the best price. Comes back with $821.00 a month/36 months. It’s a $46,000.00 dollar car. Do the math. 821.00/month X 36 months equals.......Are you kidding me! $200.00 more I can go lease a Range Rover Sport. Crazy. Salesman has to listen and go by what OZ says. Not the salesman that’s an idiot its the manager. He needs to go. I wouldn’t recommend because of the MANAGER. Would of given 5 stars but OZ screwed it up for the salesman.

Had an oil change. Didn?t drive afterwards for a few days . Light comes on TOO MUCH OIL IN ENGINE! It automatically call Mercedes. They told me to stop driving and they will tow my car! My whole day was shot. These cars don?t even have dip sticks. Everything is computer generated . So why didn?t it say too much oil or take some OUT.

Very disappointing experience with Mercedes Benz of Pompano. This is my 4th Mercedes. My 3 previous Mercedes have been purchased at a Hendricks MB & customer service has always been excellent. Not the case with the purchase of my 4th MB at this dealership. Found the car I wanted online at MB of Pompano. Started the communication via a couple of phone calls since we were coming from NC. *1st problem-being mislead or what I would call... false advertising. The wheels pictured were not the wheels that were actually on the car. Even the description stated that the car had the wheels that were in the picture. No one at the dealership could explain what happened to the wheels that were advertised...nor did they care. We decided to go ahead with the purchase since this was the color scheme I was looking for. We emailed all the information that they requested from. Both my husband & myself were emailed the price of the car. I was instructed to bring a cashiers check in the amount that was stated in the email & phone call from Sean, the sales manager. I flew down to purchase the car. Steven, the salesman, took me for a quick test drive & then we sat down to do the paperwork. Mind you, I was told the paperwork would be done before I arrived so it would be a quick process. *2nd problem- after finishing with the salesman I was told the finance guy would finish up. After waiting 45 minutes for Ryan, the finance guy, I finally got up & asked if he was ready for me. He told me no, that he was waiting on additional information from the salesman. I asked him what he needed. All of which I could have provided to him 45 minutes ago....or better yet.... information Ryan could have gotten himself in less than 5 minutes. But that would have required Ryan to actually be proactive. But hey... I’m just the customer I could wait. Plus Ryan totally threw the salesman under the bus by saying “Steven always has paperwork missing “. *3rd BIG problem- Ryan, the finance guy, never once greeted me with a “ how are you?” “Glad you’re here” “excited about your new car?” let alone call me by my name. Come on... this is Mercedes Benz! *4th problem- Ryan glanced down at the cashiers check that I had on the desk & said “I see the amount you have there (the amount that both me & my husband were emailed) & it’s not correct” I actually needed to pay an additional $1200 because someone supposedly didn’t figure the correct amount for NC tags/taxes. Are you kidding me?!?!? Once again no one seemed to care. Ryan & Steven both told me that the GM of the store wouldn’t do anything about it. They didn’t care if I bought the car or not. At this point it was a coin toss....leave & fly back home or buy the car & drive it home. After talking on the phone with my husband we decided to go ahead with the purchase only because it was the car I wanted, S550 coupe, & was the color inside & out that I wanted & haven’t been able to find elsewhere. Once Ryan came back into his office to finish the paperwork I asked him if he enjoyed his job because from where I sat it appeared to me that he didn’t. His response was “I love my job but I’m the guy that gets yelled at for the salesman’s mistakes”. My response was “I never yelled at you”. Zero response or acknowledgment. We finished the paper work, Ryan handed me my copies & said the salesman would finish the rest. Again....never said “thank you for your business” “have a good day” “drive safe on your way back to NC”. Geez, this guy totally ruined what should have been an excited, good experience. *5th problem- I was at the dealership for 2 hours. We had given all the information asked of us ahead of time. I had a cashiers check to pay for the car so no finance paperwork to deal with. I was told it would be a quick process. 2 hours is not quick! Never again will I purchase a car from this dealership or Auto Nation, nor recommend the Auto Nation Group to anyone. The 1 star rating is only because of the car.

AutoNation Mercedes on Copan's Road is the worst Mercedes dealership I've ever had to deal with in my life. The service dept. is horrible, they've damaged my car while in for repairs, the AutoNation in Margate is horrible, they've damaged my car and it has taken them 8 months to finish my car that was a 3 thousand dollar insurance claim. From the G.M. Michael Lucia, to the service mgr. Todd Banks, to the paint and collision rep at the Copan's location Gus Germi, to Omar Heridia and the G.M. at the collision center Rene Estevez. Gus Germi is [non-permissible content removed].. They had more work to do to finish the claim from back in April, and they had no loaner so they told me to get the nicest vehicle from Enterprise rental and Mercedes would reimburse me. I kept the rental much less than the time they had my car, as I have others to drive and now they won't pay for the rental they authorized me to get. I am filing a complaint with the BBB, post a negative review where ever I can, and I now have a lawyer involved. I will not stop reaching out to higher up people that are qualified to make an adult decision. This company has horrible business morals and ethics and they lie! I've only begun my journey to discredit them as a reputable dealership as far as service and paint/collision. And I've already sent two buyers to a different Mercedes dealer and they made their purchase there. My words are loud and clear and respected in the performance/luxury car industry. I will cause them to lose 1000 fold the 1,200.00 +- dollars they owe me. Get ready AutoNation! Update. After filing a complaint with Corporate, Magically 773.73 was paid to Enterprise Rental, thus a credit back on my American Express. You still owe me 450.89. You can pay that amount to me or Enterprise so they can credit my American Express. Let's not forget the damage to my drivers side fender when you tried to deliver it as a completed job and I refused delivery and you guys took 5 more days to do so. I received no loaner or rental for those 5 days as well, and this was damage done while in your care and possession. Wake up and do what's right. Pay the 450.89. I will not disappear. Corporate has been called again. I'm waiting on your crappy dealership to do what's right. Let's also not forget Gus Germi and Todd Banks authorized the Enterprise rental. Moral and ethics are at stake here. And I'm here to show your potential customers how you screw existing customers that have spent thousands and thousands with you and used to trust you.

I had a Simple diagnostic on the car to find the problem and it turned into battle. They had checked the engine to locate the problem due to usage of the car I couldn?t leave it at the time and told them I will be back . They released the car without even estimates or any type of detail of the code. What makes it interesting , they quoted as? costumer dined the service? remarks. Not even written estimate , or type of the work .. I Checked with other dealerships , later on asked adviser for the part cost $ ..! There was nothing at my print out report . Then I had to go back the pompano for written quote . Turned up to be while other 2 dealers charging $147 for the same part I had a quoted for $233. You figure that out ..!!! Besides the service adviser , treatment of their costumer and mentality based on nothing but draining your wallet and suck it in dealership style. Checked exactly Service with other 2 registered dealership in the area , and guess what Others don?t even charge the diagnostic if you get your car fixed at their location versus I was clearly told by the service manager , regardless the service , they will still charge the diagnostic fee. Which is. $246 By the way , if you happened to go there , please ask at your final bill, when they you use only batter power , What is the $25 extra charge as shop expenses .?????... totally crooks and lousy place .. check with other MB dealer around since you won?t get your car back from any type service in 2-3 days from this people .. good luck ..

I've bought and sold at least 20+ cars in my lifetime. Working with Fernando and Ashley was great. Friendly, sincere, interested in satisfying the customer, not at all pushy. Started at 10am and by 3pm I was driving home with a CPO MercBenz that had everything I wanted, along with a great price and no-hassle trade-in. My only comment is that the information (car features and options) provided on their website and the MBUSA website did not match. But they did not state more than the car actually had, so not misleading.

The service dept. is very weak. They are not customer focused...do not answer the phone, do not return phone calls, do not repair the vehicle correctly the first time, and always end up with other issues after bringing car in for repairs (dirtier than what I left it, flat tire, etc.) The saving grace for the dealership is the GM!! He is fantastic and makes things right. The issue is he is only one person and his team hasn't come around yet to being customer focused.

AutoNation Mercedes on Copans Road is the worst Mercedes dealership I've ever had to deal with in my life. The service dept. is horrible, they've damaged my car while in for repairs, the AutoNation in Margate is horrible, they've damaged my car and it has taken them 8 months to finish my car that was a 3 thousand dollar insurance claim. From the G.M. Michael Lucia, to the service mgr. Todd Banks, to the paint and collision rep at the Copan's location Gus Germi, to Omar Heridia and the G.M. at the collision center Rene Estevez. Gus Germi is a liar, Michael Lucia is a piece of trash and his little manager robot Todd Banks are all crap.. They had more work to do to finish the claim from back in April, and they had no loaner so they told me to get the nicest vehicle from Enterprise rental and Mercedes would reimburse me. I kept the rental much less than the time they had my car, as I have others to drive and now they won't pay for the rental they authorized me to get. I am filing a complaint with the BBB, post a negative review where ever I can, and I now have a lawyer involved. I will not stop reaching out to higher up people that are qualified to make an adult decision. This company has horrible business morals and ethics and they lie! I've only begun my journey to discredit them as a reputable dealership as far as service and paint/collision. And I've already sent two buyers to a different Mercedes dealer and they made their purchase there. My words are loud and clear and respected in the performance/luxury car industry. I will cause them to lose 1000 fold the 1,200.00 - dollars they owe me. Get ready AutoNation!

Disappointing. First time service visit. Dumped into the waiting area, no explanation or tour of facility. Waited two hours for my car. Asked 3 times about fixing the seatbelt retractor and was told it was being done. It was not. Asked to have tires rotated. "Work not performed at this time" was on my invoice. No explanation as to why not. Compared to my previous Cadillac service experience MB came up far short.

My SUV was given the best service, please always ask for RAUL MENDEZ as the advisor, he is the best, he is honest and trustworthy which is contrary to most other people I have dealt with at Mercedes benz of North Miami Beach. I remember the last time I serviced my SUV before this recent service, the workers spill coffee, and blamed on me, and tell me to pay big money....so I have to take my car GLE 350 to Pompano Beach to service because didn’t want to deal with people at Mercedes benz of North Miami Beach anymore....

I called my Service Advisor, Brian Lastres, but he was unavailable at the time so I left a voicemail. Within ten minutes he returned my call to enquire what it was that he could assist me with. He was very pleasant and welcoming. As usual, he provided excellent customer service and gave additional information the next day, as he had promised.

Been doing business many years and never had such losy service . Told car would be ready first thing in morning. Got to dealer at 10:30. No cashier and when I did find someone told me car was ready but getting washed.. Car was notready. Only getting new tire on car that was brought in by AAA . My car is a mess . We bought the car new and we are currently still the only owners. My car is a complete mess and no one wants to take responsibility of even hearing me out . Purchased a 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Simple broken Tire Pressure Sensor they promised to fix at time of purchase has turned into a huge time sink, with nothing but excuses, and it's still not fixed. Salesman has bent over backward to accommodate me, to the point of bringing the car to my home and taking an Uber to the dealership when I needed the car back. guys you just sold me a pretty expensive car along with a high margin extended warranty. come off a buck or two and fix the problem.

I have sold the car. When I bought the car 3 years ago, it was a certified preowned car. They had not cleaned the sunroof drains and within days, the car took in water through the drains ruining about $6,000 of electronics that reside in the cabin of this model. After telling me to put in an insurance claim, I convinced the dealer it was their fault for not servicing the drains as called for and the dealer and MB paid for all repairs. But at age 7 years (the car, not me) the main computer ded and stranded me in traffic. It cost $2,200.00 to repair. The main computer should never die or it should have a lifetime warranty. I sold the car and bought a new Tesla Model 3.

I attempted to pay the repair bill online as I was traveling after being told that the service department will not accept credit card numbers over the phone... even for long term customers. Unfortunately, the on-line credit card web site they provided to me is flagged by Apple on my computer as being a fraudulent site and warns that my credit card info would be at risk. I emailed a screenshot of the warning and asked for an explanation or a legitimate (trusted) website to make payment. The service department manager refuses to explain the reason for the warning, or return calls. Instead, my service representative sent an email and threatened to impose a $35/day penalty unless they received immediate payment. I asked one of my employees to make the payment for me in person at the dealer. It is difficult for me to understand the bad customer service and refusal to return my calls. Whenever possible, I'll do business elsewhere.

I will say this, I usually never review much. Compelled in this case. Also, if you are from the dealership and reading this please don't bother calling me, you are too late. Making the service appt. was fine, I got a nice loaner as well no complaints there. During my initial in person chat with my service advisor I went over some things that needed to be checked or completed. He seemed nice enough. My service advisor addressed zero of those things and never contacted me (previous service advisors were in contact on other visits I have had). I had to find out when my own car was done. Is this because my car is a 2016 and not brand new? Hmm. Then I know full well the car has an issue with the exhaust and the service department supposedly checked my car but nothing was mentioned. What they did find wrong was I need some new tires and a break job. Brakes they wanted over 1.4k and the tires have a huge markup as well. While I understand the need to make a profit, what the dealer offers in terms of cost is insanity in my opinion. I paid 1.1k for the 4 year service as well on my car and I feel like what was done is my car was plugged into some piece of equipment, it outputs back a report, they top off some fluids and out the door... no actual work is done or very minimal for 1.1k so to me that equals a complete rip off.

1. 8am ... The first valet accused me of damaging the loaner vehicle and wanted me to file a claim 30 seconds after I arrived. 2. After I refused, the manager Mark said they would not release my car until I filed a claim with my insurance company. 3. Thirty minutese later the manager then said he would pay my deductible if I called my insurance company and filed a claim. 4. I refused that offer as well because that would have been a lie and I am not a dishonest person. 5. Another hour later I finally got my car after being accused of damaging the loaner car and then asked to lie to my insurance company and file a false claim. 6. 9:45 am ...When I finally got my car, I had to ask the valet girl to sanitize it and she asked me if I paid for it when sanitizing is clearly marked on the $2500 itemized bill. 6. Overall, the entire experience from the valet to the manager was so upsetting after driving two Mercedes-Benz for the past 12 years. I was attacked, called a liar, and asked to lie. 7. The day before this horrible treatment I had even come in to look at a third Mercedes-Benz because it is time for me buy another car and this was my favorite car. 8. I am moving on from Mercedes-Benz and Auto Nation. I am not willing to spend my hard earned money on a company that falsely accuses customers, refuses to release their cars after the service is completed, and then asks me to lie to me insurance company by making a false claim. 9. Have a great day and you will never see me, my money, or my loyalty again!!

I just had the car for 3 days and a very loud noise came from underneath the car . The salesmen frye's to convince me that it's normal and heard it on orher vichles. I mentioned to him that I have been a client of Mercedes for over 12 years & I don't believe it. Besides most of my close family all have Mercedes & Porche. I spoke to a young gentleman and he came in the car and heard the same noise .We pull in to the service and Tom the chief machanique comes for a test drive and agrees that the noise is not normal . He speaks to Brad the service Mgr. and immediately request for me to bring in the car first thing in the morning. Tom cfm. to me that a request be made for him to fix the problem. Brad was very kind and the next morning Tom repaired the problem in 25 minutes. The salesmen should listen to their clients rather than pushing me off . I have a bad experience but the service staff Brad & Tom should be highly commended for taking the time to listen to my concern. I realize it's a 2016 & not new car. I paid it cash and had intention of switching the car to a E 2 dr coupe on my 65 birthday in 15 months. I definitely will not deal with the same sales person. Do not deal with ! Ever!! My mother called 3 months ago regarding an extended warranty on her 2015 Mercedes truck and was given a quote; She explained that while it was approaching, her husband (my father was dying) and she was wanting to wait until after the funeral and everything to make the payment and go forward; The vehicle VIN was provided and it had even been in there for warranty issues previously. The lady advised her that she could call and make a payment over the phone up until the mileage reached the warranty expiration. This morning my mother called and was told she "doesn't qualify" - They did not give reasons. She asked and asked because the mileage was still under and was finally told she was not the original owner and it was a "rental" car - 1. NEVER was it a rental car (okay, that can be cleared up she stated) 2. Why was it not mentioned about the original ownership before? My mother would have had plenty of time to look for another company but now she is almost out of mileage and really can not even drive her vehicle home for fear of going over it- As she is elderly and widowed- something she mentioned on the recorded call the first time (she mentioned she had never taken care of these things and it was always her husband etc) - I requested a supervisor to explain that she was taken advantage of and requesting the recordings as this was not something that was ethical in any way; The previous girl never mentioned the word "qualification" and she said she would just call and "make a payment" - I wanted this fact to be there and when I requested the GM was told "you will not get a different answer" - that is not an acceptable answer at all- I still requested again and she told me "hold on" - she then hung up on me. We called back and she stated "the gm is not available and wont have a different answer" - we once again stated that we still wanted to make the grievance. The GM has yet to call and we have called 6 times requesting him/her additionally and have not gotten them yet. We have asked what time the GM will be there until as we will be headed that way to go speak with Cadillac , a brand we trust and will trade her vehicle in for tonight based on this experience. We were not given an answer. It would seem that in person is the only way we will be able to make our grievances. BEWARE!!!

Stopped by close to closing time on a Sunday evening just to take a look at a vehicle I spotted in the online inventory. It was the exact interior & exterior color combination I had tirelessly searched for! I was greeted by Adam Levy who walked me to the vehicle until Chip Snyder, the salesman who'd emailed me about my inquiry, became available. Once I saw it in person, I was in awe. The CPO vehicles are kept inside the showroom so they all have the new caw shine as they are kept out of the elements. MB of Pompano gets kudos for this alone. Chip arrived with a smile and asked what I thought of the car. My mother, who accompanied me as we were on our way to dinner, loved it said if I wanted I needed to make a decision. Chip and Jonathan Reiss made sure that I did not feel rushed even though it was clearly after business hours. Both gentlemen were personable, answered all of my questions and made sure as a 2nd time Mercedes owner I received a great financing rate. Visiting MD of Pompano Beach was a last minute decision made on a Sunday at 3pm after visiting other dealership. I had no expectation to buy a car but the Excellent, effortless honest service from Steve Rahal made the deal happen. He is personable and sincere in helping get what you want and no time did I feel rushed despite the fact the dealership was closing soon. Mark Klein, Manager introduced himself and is a great conversationalist. He ensured the customer was completely satisfied. Christopher Plasencia, Financial Manager, made the transaction effortless and helped in making sound decisions on additional services. I have owned some 100 cars in my life, including 25 from luxury brands (mostly German), and this dealership is as good as any I have dealt with in NY, CA, MA, and FL. We love our S550 Mercedes, but it was touch and go whether we would buy from this salesman. This Certified Preowned car had no Owners Manual, no First Aid Kit, and no second key -- all items the CPO said had been checked. There was a broken grill visible only in the back seat. The promised training by a computer expert in how to use the car's features turned out to be a rushed time with a substitute person who mostly said "Just fiddle with it, you'll figure it out." If the salesman had said one more time "Let me check that out for you" when asked for the missing items, etc., or tried to hug me, I think I would have got violent.

What a pleasant car buying experience. I just want to take a minute to give Jeff Jerome some much deserved recognition- Jeff is hands down the best sales associate I've ever worked with while purchasing a vehicle. He was professional, friendly and warm from start to finish. None of the stereotypical car salesman BS with him, we never felt pressured or uncomfortable and he never got irritated or impatient with us (like a lot of other car buying experiences I've had). If you're in the market for a new Mercedes, or even a used vehicle they have in their inventory, do yourself a favor: SEE JEFF!!!! He's awesome. And Mercedes Benz pompano in general also made the experience great. Happy and satisfied!

Had an awesome experience working with both Ivan and Bruno in both selecting and purchasing my 2016 E350. Purchasing a new car is extremely stressful, but working with Ivan took all of that away. I made arrangements from another state to lease a new E-350 from Mercedes Benz of Pompano. Bob Abrahams was my salesperson. He and Harriet Levin were helpful at the time of leasing, offering to explain the details of the new car and pre-setting my Sirius radio stations. I have dreamed of having a convertible sports car and added it to my bucket list. For two years I have thought about it and finally decided this was the time before my son takes the keys away. (I am 69 yrs old) I came across an AARP auto email and put in my model of choices in my area. I got several choices and picked 6 cars that met my critique. Two were at the Pompano Mercedes-Benz. I called and was immediately assigned an agent and made an appointment. He explained everything about the car, price, warranty, financing, safety, service, gave me a tour of the facility and gave me a copy of the CarFax. I told him I had other dealers to see. There was no pressure for the three days I was shopping. I went to the other dealerships but the Pompano facility stood out above the rest for information and making me feel like part of the family. They answered all my questions and really busted the bad car salesman reputation. I am driving my dream car and loving it. Thanks Mercedes-Benz of Pompano.

I initially purchased a used SUV from this dealership in mid December (2014). However, 70 days after the purchase (and 10 days after the warranty expired), my vehicle experienced an engine failure so extensive that it required a replacement. After talking to the salesman who initially sold us the vehicle, and the manager, they offered to pay off the current car loan (via trade in value), and made me a great deal on a replacement used SUV. This was a one in a million surprise, and they came through beyond our expectations. Will be sure to purchase future used cars from this dealership.

I recently purchased a Mercedes-Benz C Class at Mercedes-Benz of Pompano Beach. Our salesman, David Byles was pleasant, professional, patient, and very knowledgeable about the vehicle. My son and I stayed at the dealership well past closing making a decision on which car to buy. We never felt rushed, or pressured into making a decision, nor did we feel pressured into purchasing a vehicle. I am very pleased with the final selection!! I am confident that my family, friends and I will definitely be returning to Mercedes-Benz of Pompano for all future car purchases. Thanks David! You are the best!!. On another note, Phil (unknown last name) made my son and I feel very uncomfortable. He came over commenting about the time, and informing our salesman that other employees were preparing to leave. Of course, hearing this I quickly apologized for the late hour, and prepared to leave. Phil's comments were rude, and should never have been voiced in front of a potential customer. If it were not for David Byles' exemplary customer service throughout our visit, I may NEVER have returned. I sincerely hope Phil's actions are addressed!

Chip Snyder oversees the online sales connections for MB of Pompano and I worked with him last week to grab a used, low-mileage Audi allroad Prestige Plus, which is a rare car to find and even rarer at a decent price. Chip and Billy, the manager there, offered me the car for an extended test drive and two days later I brought it back convinced it was as good as it seemed. Normally this is when things get sticky and tricky. Trade-in valuations, credit lines, paperwork, titling and registration. Not this time. A bit more on the trade-in, ridiculously smooth financing, and only a small wait (by car buying standards) for all the red tape to be dealt with and off I drove with a gorgeous (almost) new car with more bells and whistles than I could have hoped for. Fair, fast, and no hassle.

I bought my first ever Mercedes Benz, my salesman was Abrahams. R. Who landed me to the one and only car I was looking for, he made the process so simple. Never tought It would be that easy, although I bought a 09 GL, the car was kept inside felt in love with it the same moment. Car wash department didn't do a superb job cleaning the inside of the which result me pay an outsider 130 to detail the car. Overall I'm satisfied and enjoying the car so far.

I recently bought a Toyota tacoma from Robert Abrahams at Mercedes. Even though I wasn't actually getting a Mercedes they treated me just the same. The truck need new tires and oil, as well as a couple other part, and they took care of it all for me. This was the best car buying experience I have had in a while and would recommend Robert Abrahams to help you find your vehicle.

Took my E350 in for a regular service and wasn't having any issues. They had set up a loaner for me due to my schedule. They said it took 2 hours for service so I waited but they held the loaner in case I needed it. They had me in my car, washed and waxed in 1hr 45 min. Didn't try and pump up the price with new "found problems", beat another dealership price for the same service plus gave me a discount on a flyer that I had brought in that had expired. Definitely will continue to do business with them.

If you are planning to buy a used car from them, think twice. They are very nice when selling you the car, but once the car is sold to you, its not the same. I expected better quality service since its a MERCEDES BENZ dealership. Im very disappointed.

In addition, he bared with us almost the whole day since we were looking at different models, as well as insurance quotes. Bottom line, if you are looking for exemplary customer service, dedication and a personal touch, Mr. E. is your man. We were impressed by his overall friendliness, competence and level of courtesy. Whenever you buy or lease a Mercedes or really any other car of that caliber you expect a certain level of customer service and courtesy. Mr. E. delivered on all of those and we will definitely come back to him. We required a lot of hand-holding since this was the first time my wife and I leased a car together, and he was very patient and went above and beyond what many would have done in his place. Full attention was given before the sale returned phone calls you name it, however some issues that were promised to be addressed were not taken care of, very evasive when some questions were asked and was lied to about a second key. After the sale was made no emails were returned from the sales associate or customer relation personnel even though they initiated the email. Good Job Mark you are very awesome in the deception field.

Even though we had a scheduled appointment, our salesman was tied up with an earlier return customer. No problem here as our salesman asked mgmt. to let another salesman assist. So, we were fortunate to have two caring and attentive people. Kudos to salesman David M. and Abe P. we appreciated their attentive service and ended up buying two cars that weekend. and family members bought another two. Family members were with us and they ended up buying another two cars within a week. Everyone at the dealer was nice and as we did the finance paperwork, we enjoyed talking to Curt E.

To be honest, that was my first good experience buying a car. It was always a hassle game, a night mare every time I need to buy or trade my car. First a friend of mine referred me to go buy on Mercedes of Pompano, and I was expecting the same as before, but when I get there I saw a deferent history. David R., the sales man did a great work helping me find a good deal. He is very professional. Definitely, that is the place where I will come back to buy my next car.

This is my second "C" Class and I could not be more pleased. The quality of the vehicle is outstanding. The sales force are easy to work with and know their product. As for the service department, my experience with my first "C" was minimal as the car needed only minor adjustments. My service advisor was Anja who is top in her field.

I am in London and my diary will not let me travel to America to see the car I want to buy in person. Based on what I have which are just pictures and descriptions, I was a bit worried about the whole procedure, but after tons of questions, emailing back and forth, I am giving Mr. Russ K. the Internet Manager a thumbs-up. We bought a 2011 MB sl550 from Mark S. at Mercedes-Benz of Pompano on March 2013. Let me first tell you that from the minute we walked into the showroom dressed in our work clothes about 5:30pm till the early evening of 8:30, we were treated royally. Mr. S. impressed us with his rich history of his background and deep knowledge of a car I was soon to purchase. The ability to get want I wanted was a smooth and expected process. Yes, he threw in many things, maybe he shouldn't of, but I got a car thats worth far more than it was when I first saw it. Meaning, locking wheel nuts, refurbished interior, nitro tires, tinting, get the idea. Thank You, to the team of people that put together a great deal for me. Even, the financial manager, Kurt, who pointed out my great credit score and shopped my rate, which was a lengthy process but worth the point I saved. Please keep up the great work here. And Yes I will tell everyone I know about my SL 550 Roadster, even if they can't see it, by the way I drive past them.

Salesperson was very nice, car was as expected, used C-300 with 45,000 miles in very good condition. Financing was very high pressure. Even though I had my own financing from a Credit Union, I was approached several times to go with the dealer's finance company, Chase. I refused, but they would not let me take the car without a check from the CU, which was closed by 4pm when the deal was done. I signed a contract with them, with written and signed instructions for 72hr hold for CU to send check. In the end, dealer refused to accept check and pushed the contract with Chase through. From their website; "We may retain a portion of the finance charge or other compensation if you finance your vehicle through us." Be careful when dealing with this dealer!!
