The staff did a great job! Ruth was calm and composed, very good listener. She followed thorough all the items that we were looking for. Samantha from finance, saved more money on spot by selecting a different lender than what I myself originally selected. The managers and staff were awesome! We bought two Mervedez Benz, GLE-350 and GLS-450 from them after swimming in the ocean with other south Florida ‘Shark’ dealers. I highly recommend this place.

Mercedes of Pompano was a huge disappointment. When I think Mercedes I think luxury, high class, amazing service. I got the total opposite of that. For one, I’ve been receiving updates sometimes up to 20 email reminders a day for other peoples car and about other peoples appointments. They charge me over one thousand dollars for an oil change, windshields wiper change, key battery change, and four wheel alignment. All which any other mechanic would’ve charged max five hundred. One convenience is that they did give me a loaner. Did they communicate with me that I would have to leave my car for multiple days and would have to come back later in the week and if I didn’t come back by when they want me to come back I would be charged for the loaner before so I could decide for myself if that’s something I could do? Of course not. I’m then harassed to bring the loaner back or face even more charges. When I bring the car back and pick up mine I open my front door to find a dirty rag in the drivers seat, my car door dirty, and the overall appearance of my car dirtier than how I left it. They don’t offer a complimentary cleaning with their over charged service ok. But on top of that they return my car dirty! Did anyone bother to explain to me how the maintenance went? If anything was wrong with my car? Nope. Instead I receive an email the following week prompting me to schedule an ac service I have no idea why I need. Absolutely dissatisfied and disappointed with how I was treated. Definitely not what I expected from Mercedes.

Shopping for cars can be a tough experience for those that have to deal with high pressured annoying salespeople.... THAT is not what you get here. No pressure- freedom to move about looking and examining- help with a smile-friendly and no PRESSURE

I am extremely happy with Mercedes-Benz of Pompano. I worked with Ruth in Sales and Gio in Finance regarding my Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT. I have wanted a Jeep SRT for the past 5 years and I am grateful to finally own one. The Jeep SRT started it all from a performance SUV perspective and it will be remembered as an iconic vehicle. They are no longer making these vehicles and there is a huge demand for them. I have been searching all over the USA for a fully loaded with all options low mileage SRT with black Laguna leather, Harman Kardon audio system, and Brembo high performance brakes. As soon as I saw the vehicle online I knew I had found my dream vehicle. I called the dealership right away and expressed to them that I was a serious out-of-state buyer with cash ready and that I am willing to fly out to Miami the next day to make a deal. Ruth started the process right away and made it happen for me. I truly commend her sense of urgency and I appreciate her answering all my questions. My brother and I flew to Miami the next day to finalize the deal. Walking into the beautiful showroom it was love at first sight once I seen the vehicle. Test drive and paperwork went super smooth. Being a dealer myself and understanding the industry, I have to admit this is the best dealership I have dealt with through my experience. They are the largest dealership in South Florida. Their accommodation and professionalism was top-notch. They also offered and sold me an excellent wheel and tire protection plan and extended warranty for peace of mind. My new vehicle was shipped 1900 miles from Miami to my house in an enclosed trailer for a reasonable price. I am blessed that I was able to take delivery of my dream vehicle with my parents by my side. I got an amazing deal and I feel like I was treated fairly throughout the entire sales process from the initial phone call all the way to delivery. Thank you Ruth and Gio for working with me and for helping me purchase my dream vehicle. We will stay in touch and I will definitely be back with family and friends. All the best!

Always a pleasure, the efforts made to do a prompt service is much appreciated! Sadly not a 5 star ....when most needed, we noticed they did not refill the wiper fluid!.. So when we go fill it up, it is full.... It's the pump that seems to be not working.... A full service as we had, would have checked that. Also, when we opened the hood, we were surprised to see so much leaf debris.... So we will call to get it fixed ..another day.

Both batteries in my 560SL were dead. They easily could have sold me two new batteries, but the technician diagnosed the batteries were OK and only needed a charge. Very impressed with their honesty.

My C300 was in need of parts that had to be ordered and even though it took a few weeks to receive the parts from out of the country, Onya every few days reached out to me to update me on the progress and assured me that things were being handled and she would contact me with any new updates. The staff is very courteous as they meet you when you drive in for service. Also, I appreciate the details provided for me in writing regarding the items listed that were addressed. When I provided feedback on my last visit that the radio station had been changed and the paper coverings not removed when giving back my key, this time she walked to the car with me to make sure that had all been addressed. The little bit of criticism was warmly accepted. Not easy to find now a days.

The dealership and service manager were respectful and helpful. However, I'm assuming due to "supply-chain" issues, wiper blades and an letter/emblem were not in stock and had to be ordered. I was disappointed that I have to bring the car back, but this probably is symptomatic of the times we all are experiencing.

If I could give Mercedes Benz of Pompano 0 stars, I would. I bought a 2009 SL63 AMG from them in January and the customer service was great until the cars was paid for. From that point onwards, I got to experience the worst customer service you can imagine. I expected so much more from an Autonation dealership. The dealership is supposed to handle titling and everything for you (its part of the premium you pay when buying from a dealership). I am from out of state (Texas) and the dealership messed up when filing for the title and registration in my state. And that is fine, everybody makes mistakes! The important part is trying to solve them. Not to hide then under the rug and lie to your customer telling them it is being worked on. It took them more than five months to get me the plates and registration. Three out of those five months my car had no temp tags and their sales person stopped replying to my emails. I had to start sending emails and complaining in the Autonation corporate level to finally get some traction going and get them to resolve the issue. I think no customer should be treated the way I was by MB Pompano Beach. I spent my hard earn money buying a car from you and the least I deserve is for them to try to assist and resolve the issue. It does not matter if it is an used car or not, if you sell it then you have to treat your customer with respect. Bottom line, if you are buying an used car and do not live in Florida, please just save yourself months of sending emails begging MB of Pompano to do their job and go buy your car somewhere else.

Brought my vehicle in due to flood damage and was hoping to get it repaired via insurance claim. Frank in service got me into a loaner while I awaited the final word from Insurance. The bad news is my vehicle sustained too much damage tobe repaired and was deemed a total loss. The good news is Frank was on top of it all and communicated with me throughout the entire process and gave me time to return the loaner on my free time. It was a sad day to lose a beautiful car but I will be looking to purchase another soon and if it is a Mercedes Benz I will be sure to bring it to Frank at MB of Pompano.

I had a proposal written out containing info on a deal I would like to make. I needed to get out of my lease with a Jeep Wrangler, wanting to go back to a Mercedes Benz C-Class. The lending bank on my lease was a bit difficult in their demands for a dealer to purchase the lease. I sent my written proposal via of Dealer Chat to many different dealer websites in Palm beach and Broward counties. All dealers were clearly not interested in taking the time to sort through the matter and try to accommodate. One person had the intelligence, work ethic, and desire to succeed more than any of the competitors. Sales Rep Umat Gurbuz stepped up and did an outstanding job of putting together the deal and putting me in a GREAT C-Class with only 16K miles! Ladies & Gentlemen….this professional understands your needs and is willing to work to fulfill those needs. I never imagined I would have this great car deal experience! I believe I found the dealership and sales pro that I will go back to…....time and time again.

Let me just start by saying this, shopping for a car can be so stressful and aggravating for some, like me ! Before I made my way to Mercedes-Benz of Pompano I visited several other dealerships but I was referred to this location to speak with Ruth and she was AMAZING! The entire staff at Mercedes-Benz of Pompano was very nice and welcoming which made my experience even better. Ruth took the time to help me find the right car, she asked questions, she took into consideration the things I wanted to have in a car. She also gave her feedback and advise when it came down to warranty, mileage, accidents which most wouldn't do, they would just push for you to get a car without reassuring you that car is the one. But Ruth checked everything off, literally everything. I left the dealership satisfied and a HAPPY customer.

It was easy to make an appointment for service. Upon arrival I was greeted warmly and shown to waiting room where my service advisor came to get me. My service advior and I discussed the service I wanted to have performed as we walked around the car checking it out and discusssing its performance. My service advisor kept me informed of what was found by service personnel and what my options were as well as any delays. The process of getting the loaner car was easy and I was on my way home within minutes. Service personnel videoed what they found and sent to me so I could make an informed decision as to how to proceed. The car runs great and also looks good after its post service bath. Everyone I dealt with was very nice and performed their specfic job well.

I switched from Honda to Mercedes strictly because of the customer I received when taking my moms car in for routine service. I’ve never had a problem before now… So according to the service department director Mercedes has changed their policy…. So I made an appointment to have have all 4 tires on my car changed and an alignment. I made appt so I can have a loaner so I wouldn’t be stranded at work for x amount of time. I get to my appt sign paperwork stating how much it would be for the alignment , quote did not include the price for the tires. Was told to wait in the waiting room and someone will get me once everything was ready. Frank who was my service advisor at that time asked me what insurance I had I told him Geico, and showed him my ins. Card, for him to tell me that because I didn’t have bodily injury insurance I wouldn’t be able to get a loaner car. I stated to him this is not my first time getting my car serviced and I’ve always been able to get a loaner and nothing has ever changed with my insurance. He stated that I could call my insurance to add the coverage…. I’m like what… are you crazy I live in Florida and that insurance isn’t required. So why would I pay $200 more for car insurance just to be able to get a loaner. I’m thee only person that drives my car no one else. So I left very upset with no other options offered. I went home upset and to be honest in disbelief that I was even at a Mercedes dealership. The dealership I fell in love with initially would have never done this. So after an hour I called and spoke to someone higher up which he stated that Mercedes’ had changed their policy and now in order to get a loaner bodily injury coverage was required, but that they would try to accommodate me by picking up and dropping of the vehicle. I agreed and $1450 later my car was serviced. I could’ve went somewhere else to get tires but I chose to get them from Benz.I spend way too much money a month on payments and when it’s time for my services to get mediocre customer service. If policies changes the customer should be notified especially when it’s something that can effect/disrupt how they normally conduct their routine services. I lease my vehicle which I keep in pristine condition. I had plans on renewing, but since this I’ve had a change of heart. Going to opt out early and jump into a nice Volvo.

This is my 3rd CPO Mercedes and the 2nd that I've purchased from MB of Pompano. We went in looking for a GLC but it was a bit too big for me. Conrad showed us the GLB and it was just right for me as it was more similar to my old GLK (that I absolutely loved!). The car had all the options I wanted; the only negative was that the interior was tan and I wanted black. But knowing that inventory is limited right now I am happy. The car was missing the owner's manual but I've been told I will be shipped one as soon as it arrives! The purchase/finance process was very quick and easy and they actually got me a better rate than I had with my long term bank. All in all, it was probably the easiest car buying experience I've had and I highly recommend asking for Conrad for a salesperson!!!

I purchased the new EQS450+ in January 2022 and only driving for a week it started to give me some trouble. First, interior ambient lights, then major issues like battery and drive unit...Since then it has gone to the MB service 8+ times and still has some issues (coolant level, bolts, etc) I finally decided to part ways and took advantage of the lemon law so that MB could buy the car back. Aside from all technical issues, car drives and feels like a dream.

He actually READS MY CAR RECORDS, had other advisors, didn?t have a clue about previous repairs or updates. Customer comfort this dealership NONE. TV BROKEN, NO ICE MACHINE, suggested when tv worked put on closed caption. Been to other dealerships , made it pleasantly easy to pass the time. Small snack bar or easy food SVC. If you have an issue, actual mgr never seen or never returns calls.

Went in to get car service told them blind spot sensor is not working advisor forgot to tell technician. Had to send the car back advisor states it was fixed. Told the advisor about the back window not going down. Advisor stated i would need to make a future appointment bc parts needs to be ordered. Left dealership only to see blind spot sensor light came back on and now my door will not lock. Went back to the dealership they claimed it was fix left dealership again only to notice said door is now not opening from outside and if it?s opened from inside only way to close the door is to put the child safety lock on. Went back to the dealership today. They are telling me that there is no power to the door and I have to operate it manually when it was working prior to going for service. They have incompetent technicians.

AutoNation is a big scam. Inflated service prices, i dont trust the authencity of the parts they put in, misleading coupons on their websites, rude pompous associates. I switched to the Ft Pierce location which is not part of AutoNation. Honest, decent and my oil change is more than half of what they charge at AutoNation.

I bought a brand new GLE53 AMG at MB of Miami and had also leased one for 3 years prior. One would think that after leasing one of their cars and then spending $100K on a new car that the person that sold you the car would at least congratulate you or want to maintain good relations by replying to your texts. Or that the manager would make sure that the customers are happy and have the courtesy of texting back or calling a client, NOPE! The words "customer service" mean nothing at MB of Miami. And being in a customer service field like real estate, I know good service when I experience it and I felt like I had not received anything even close to mediocre service. On a strikingly different note, I had been communicating with Ruth Maurat from MB of Pompano about a car for my wife I found online, she was responsive, communicative, well mannered and very helpful. I'm sure I drove her nuts with so many requests and even when I thought I wasn't going to move forward with a purchase she was still professional and nice, the way a good service professional acts. After weeks of trying to decide what to buy my wife and having terrible experiences at dealerships in Miami I came back to Ruth and asked what she had available. I wasted no more time and went north to MB of Pompano and it was the best decision we could have made. Ruth was as nice and professional as could be and not surprisingly Bill Haworth the manager was just as nice and professional, a true example of leadership in a business that needs it badly (especially in S. Florida!) Even the "closer" Gian Carlo Amyach, the guy who sets up the financing and gets you to buy the services packages etc. (the place the buyer feels most uncomfortable!) was super nice and we didn't feel pressured to buy anything extra. They took care of us and we felt appreciated, they even got us a gift at the boutique which was a very nice touch! My wife is thrilled with her GLC300 and I even decided to get my GLE53 serviced there even though I have to drive 45mins to get there. You've delivered great customer service when a client goes out of his/her way to go to you no matter how far you are or how difficult it is to get to you. MB of Pompano, you've delivered that exceptional customer service and you have made a loyal client from Miami! (take note MB of Miami, you have a lot to learn!!)

I arrived promptly on my service date, waited 2 hours only for the service advisor to come and tell me the tire was not there. I still am waiting for the tire after almost two weeks. I was not offered a loaner as I have been in the past. I don't expect this kind of service from Mercedes-Benz. We have bought many cars here.

Don’t get your windows tinted here. They come out blurry and will take 6 hrs to do three windows. Purchased my car December 2021. I can back three times since then as there has been problems with the tints, and no chip is in my car. I was told when I bought my car that it had no chip and I would get it put in shortly in about a month or two. I even texted the sales guy Umut on multiple occasions. Before I bought the car, I would get a reply within minutes. Now that I bought it and have questions I don’t get a reply at all. Seems like all he cares about is the sale and not the customer. He also told me multiple false statements when buying the car and pressured me into doing a review for him so he can “keep his job”. Very unprofessional and still have no update about the car chip. I can’t use the Mercedes app or get the features I am paying for on a $50,000 car. Disappointing.

I asked for a manual for the car I purchase. It took 2 years to get it. I asked several times for it. The last time I asked for it I was told you waited 2 years to ask for it. I replied I asked several times for it. Finally I received some attention and the service manager made a few phone calls and after about 45min found out it was on shelf somewhere. He went to get it and gave it to me. This is completely unacceptable.

On 01/22/22, I dropped off my vehicle to be serviced by Mercedes Benz of Pompano. 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment time I was greeted by Armando Ramos with "Whats a BMW doing in a Mercedes dealership?". Not, "Hey, sorry we are short staffed" or "thanks for your patience, how can I help you?" Great start with the customer service! I should've ran but the only reason I drove 1.5 hours to have it serviced with them is because I had previously purchase my Vehicle Care package when purchasing the vehicle in 2019. It should be noted that I had absolutely no engine issues or indication lights illuminated in my vehicle prior to dropping my car off for service. My only concern was at times my car would have trouble starting and one time wouldn’t accelerate. They advised that my (2014) battery needed to be replaced and I paid $444.69 for them to do so. After my service/oil change, they advised that the cam shaft sensor was needing to be replaced (this sensor was not showing prior to drop off). We agreed but they never fixed this or charged us for it. The service advisor called us and stated that they wanted to courtesy tow my vehicle to BMW in Delray to reset codes that were popping up after the oil change. After possessing my vehicle for over a month, on 2/21/22 Armando Ramos advised me that they had to go into the engine. I decided that this was not necessary as there was no indication of any engine issues at drop off and would pickup my vehicle. At no point in time was I advised that my fully functioning vehicle was now inoperable. When I drove 1.5 hrs to pickup my vehicle on 2/26/22 there was now a knocking noise, the check engine light was on, the drive train malfunction indicator was on and I was not even able to drive it out of dealership. I expressed my concerns to the manager Matthew Pickton that stated “they thought they did something wrong but didn’t”. He proceeded to tell us that it was our fault that the car was not serviced often enough. We advised him that we never had any engine trouble until the car was serviced by them and left in their possession for over a month. He then used the analogy. "If you went to a friends house and turned on the light and the light went out when you turned on the switch, are you financially responsible?" I do not think this was an appropriate analogy as a light bulb and an engine are on two very different wave lengths here. Why would he say that they thought they did something wrong? Its because they knew that my vehicle was not in this condition at drop off. I left my vehicle there as it was undrivable and I wanted answers. He would not give us any information. I spoke with Ailed the Care Service director and she backed up her manger almost sounding like a copy paste. On 03/04/22, I had my vehicle towed by my insurance to an authorized BMW dealer local to my home, after being threatened with $75/day storage fee from the service director Ailed Riverol. The local BMW shop NOT AFFILIATED with Auto Nation did a diagnostic on the vehicle costing us an additional $200. It stated my oil filter was new but my engine only had .5 quarts of what “appeared to be old oil”. The engine failed due to “oil starvation”. How was my vehicle starved of oil when Mercedes Benz of Pompano supposedly did an oil change? My vehicle holds 5.3 quarts of oil and was found to only have a half of a quart with no leaks? In addition, at drop off to Mercedes Benz of Pompano, my vehicle was clocked in at 91,214 miles. At pickup, according to my paperwork the mileage was the same at 91,214 for mileage. However, they drove my car during the time of their possession. Also note, there was 91,216 on my odometer at pickup with photo proof. The manager, director and even Corporate will not return my calls nor my request for paperwork and photos from their ipad. I call daily and I'm told by corporate that they will return my calls within 48 hours with not one return call. I have reported this dealership and want their buyers to beware because this to could happen to you. Shame on you for not even looking into my concerns and ghosting me after mentioning a lawyer as you’ve backed me into a corner! Your service technician FAILED to add oil to my car and ruined my engine with an estimated cost of over $14k to replace! I understand mistakes happen but you never once even wanted to try to rectify or investigate this situation and blew me off from the start acting extremely defensive and now refusing to comply with any of my requests for records. Shame on you, your management and this corporation for not doing the right thing!

i bought a Certified pre-owned car from this dealership sight unseen and when it was delivered it was obvious that it did not deserve the CPO designation. Dead battery, window buttons falling off the arm rest and a bubble in the dashboard. Mercedes would not stand up for me. DO NOT trust this dealership!!

Never went to the dealership. I bought my car off the internet. I had a loan in place from Suncoast Credit Union and Mercedes of Pompano hadn't heard of Suncoast. Couldn't use the loan I already had. After a few weeks of back and forth I used their company for financing. I needed delivery due to the miles per charge of my smart Fortwo EQ. They were able to arrange for flatbed truck at a time I was home. All in all it wasn't unpleasant experience, but I did almost give up and start over again. Thank You to Eric for all the help and to keep the car on hold for me for the whole troublesome purchase.

Always good service, courteous staff. My one complaint was that, what I expected to be a two-hour job turned into a day and a half issue due to part being out of stock. Because of their policy, they would not offer me a loaner, although the delay was not my fault and not shared with me until after I had dropped off the car and left. It became a major inconvenience for me, and it was frustrating that no one was willing to consider the circumstances when I asked for a loaner. It would have been different if I had known about the delay before I dropped off my car. But, since I didn’t, I thought that my request would have been given consideration in spite of the policy.

I am so sorry to see how little they cary about their customers. I purchased MB in December 2021. I've been trying to get in contact the dealership about my title with no luck for over a month now. Phone calls, emails. Nothing works. When you get someone to answer the phone, they redirect you from desk to desk and then disconnect. This is not acceptable. Don't buy from this dealer. TERRIBLE!! You would think a Mercedes Benz would give great customer service but that is not the case at all when you get swindled out of money by them adding all of these add ons without know what the value is and then not being able to cancel them a couple of months into it. The notary did not provide legible copies of the documents and when I ask for digital scanned copies so I can understand how a 114k car came out to be 164k car they don't respond. I even emailed the store manager, Mike Lucia, after his employees were not responding and no response. 22k was the finance charge which makes 114k turn into 136k but where is the other 28k ?!?!

Andre assisted us in finding the perfect car. We were looking for a Honda Civic and he recommended a Toyota Carola for the safety features. The color, size, interior and features were perfect for our needs. The process at Mercedes-Benz of Pompano was smooth. Upon arrival, we did some paper work, went for a test drive and by the time we came back we met with the finance team to discuss the terms and conditions. This service department staff is very good, however, with my last Mercedes I was always offered a loaner, but now I am told my service will be under 2hours, so I don't qualify for a loaner which really impacts my day and bewithout my car. The service took 3 minutes under 2 hours...but I think they rush through service they meet time limit of 2 hours. Also as I was waiting, it was disturbing to hear others be offered a loaner as I sat waiting...This is my third Mercedes from this dealership...but my next one will be with a dealership that treats me as a valued customer. Not happy

Buyer beware. I bought an E550 from them on 10/15/21 and I still don't have a tag. I contacted the state tag office and they don't have a record of the VIN or the tax being paid. I cannot get anyone from the dealership to return my calls to provide a status. I'm shocked about the service from a Mercedes-Benz dealership. When I read their reviews online, it seems this is typical behavior. For the people giving them good reviews, I guess you didn't have to go back or need them for anything after the sale.

My family bought 2 cars there Monday. I was promised by our salesman Harold that if we left the car there till Wednesday that it would be detailed perfectly. The windows would be tinted and all would be perfect. Called again Wednesday the day of pickup to confirm with Harold that the car was detailed perfectly and that the scratches were tended to. He again assured me they were but told me that the tinter was away till Saturday. Go to get the car and it was a total mess. The emblems had caked on wax left everywhere and the scratches were never even touched. He had somebody then rush over to try to clean things up. After 40 minutes we just took the car and left. When telling Harold of our extreme dissatisfaction he said we could just bring the car back and cancel the deal. That was his whole response. If you go there please beware of what salesman you use. The dealership is beautiful but the experience was terrible. Still waiting for the call to get the windows tinted that he promised by the way.

After hunting around for my dream car I located one at Mercedes Benz of Pompano Beach Florida that was a CPO with a handful of miles. The only problem was I?m in California and the dealership is in Florida. I know you?re probably wondering why I couldn?t shop local? I know me to except the car I wanted is a very limited handbuilt amg gtr so slim pickings finding the right one. After seeing my dream car online I contacted the dealer and was amazed at how professional they were in answering every single one of my countless questions, sending pictures and videos, just totally took care of any concerns I had. I had to finance the car and after working with my local credit union trying get the transaction done the dealership requested they see if they can match the terms and literally less than an hour the transaction wad done, I couldn?t believe it. All maintenance and more was done including fresh tires and 4 wheel alignment all at zero cost. If you are shopping for a new or used car I highly recommend giving MB of Pompano a call! I had my 2012 Mercedes serviced in pompano. It was due for a service check that was over due by 75 days with 105,000 miles. It sat thru COVID for over a year. I asked for that service plus change both batteries - fine. The service agent told me spark plugs were due at 120,000. I said I will come back a 120,000 - fine. Then, after the service, they said they would not reset my service notification until I changed my spark plugs. ???? Not happy

Brought my S65 for service. Called Monday and asked for 2 new tires as had been recommended by your shop. Arranged a Friday afternoon drop with Saturday pick up. Was told they’d have the tires. Also said I needed rear brake work. Arrived Friday.... didn’t have tires.... quoted me $5,000 for tires and brakes. I took the car to my original dealer in Daytona. Well I went to lease a vehicle. Picked a car GLC300 on the lot. Sat down, salesman went to “OZ” as I call him, for the best price. Comes back with $821.00 a month/36 months. It’s a $46,000.00 dollar car. Do the math. 821.00/month X 36 months equals.......Are you kidding me! $200.00 more I can go lease a Range Rover Sport. Crazy. Salesman has to listen and go by what OZ says. Not the salesman that’s an idiot its the manager. He needs to go. I wouldn’t recommend because of the MANAGER. Would of given 5 stars but OZ screwed it up for the salesman.

On April 1, 2021 I sent the following letter to the general manager: Dear Mr. Tyburski; On August 14, 2020, I purchased a 2013 Mercedes-Benz ML 350 from Salesman Harold Minto at your dealership deal #235654 (see attached page of the contract) for $26,595.21. I took delivery of this vehicle approximately one week later. This was a replacement vehicle for one that I had sold approximately a week earlier. When I sold my previous vehicle, I kept the license plate, Florida tag #1R16Z1, which had registration paid through June 2021. Your dealership charged me $149.00 as an electronic filing fee. I realize this is a normal charge and have no issue with this fee. Your dealership also charged me $230.00 for a “title/tag fee.” During the course of the purchase transaction with Mr. Minto, I informed him that I was going to use my old license plate/tag (Florida tag #1R16Z1) for the 2013 ML 350. I brought my previous Florida vehicle registration, and Mr. Minto made a copy of it, so that it could be included in the purchase transaction. I understand that it is common place for a dealer to “estimate” registration fees, and charge more on the purchase contract than will actually be charged by the department of motor vehicles. This has happened multiple times in the past, and I have been sent the registration and a check for the difference, usually within 30 days. In this deal, when the first dealer temporary registration was two days from expiration, Mr. Minto sent me another dealer temporary registration. On October 8, 2020, Mr. Minto emailed me a copy of my registration for the 2013 ML 350 (on the same day is was issued), with my previous license plate/tag number (Florida tag #1R16Z1/ copy attached). I called Mr. Minto and thanked him for his prompt attention to this matter. According to the registration Mr. Minto sent me, the total fees to transfer my old license/ tag number from my old vehicle to the new ML 350 was $4.60, or $215.40 less than I had been charged for title/tag fee. I went to the Collier County Tax Collector and confirmed that $4.60 was the total amount charged to transfer the title. I asked Mr. Minto when I would be receiving a check from your dealership for the $215.40 difference. Mr. Minto told me that I should receive that check within the next few weeks. About a month later, I contacted Mr. Minto, informing him that I had not received the check for the difference in the registration fee. Over the next month we had multiple conversations about the refund check. On December 24, 2020, I received a check from AutoNation, dated December 16, 2020 in the amount of $123.40 (copy attached). On December 24, 2020 at 2:18 PM, I sent Mr. Minto a text message along with the photograph of the check for $123.40, asking him where was the remaining $102.00. Mr. Minto responded that he had done everything within his ability to get me the $215.40 refund, and referred me to “Ryan” ext. 4113 in the finance department. Mr. Minto wished me a Merry Christmas and a happy New Year. Throughout this process, Mr. Minto has been responsive to my needs and questions. Between Monday, December 28, 2020 and March 26, 2021, I called Mercedes-Benz of Pompano three times. Each time the call went to the voicemail of Ryan Barksdale. I left three brief messages for Mr. Barksdale explaining that I was short $102.00 on a registration refund, gaving him my cell phone number, asking him to return my call, which he never did. As of today's date, I have never spoken to Mr. Barksdale or anyone else at Mercedes Benz of Pompano about refunding the remaining $102.00. Mr. Tyburski, I hope we can resolve this $102.00 refund without having to elevate this to a legal action. Had an oil change. Didn?t drive afterwards for a few days . Light comes on TOO MUCH OIL IN ENGINE! It automatically call Mercedes. They told me to stop driving and they will tow my car! Very disappointing experience with Mercedes Benz of Pompano. This is my 4th Mercedes. My 3 previous Mercedes have been purchased at a Hendricks MB & customer service has always been excellent. Not the case with the purchase of my 4th MB at this dealership. Found the car I wanted online at MB of Pompano. Started the communication via a couple of phone calls since we were coming from NC. *1st problem-being mislead or what I would call... false advertising. The wheels pictured were not the wheels that were actually on the car. Even the description stated that the car had the wheels that were in the picture. No one at the dealership could explain what happened to the wheels that were advertised...nor did they care. We decided to go ahead with the purchase since this was the color scheme I was looking for. We emailed all the information that they requested from. Both my husband & myself were emailed the price of the car. I was instructed to bring a cashiers check in the amount that was stated in the email & phone call from Sean, the sales manager. I flew down to purchase the car. Steven, the salesman, took me for a quick test drive & then we sat down to do the paperwork. Mind you, I was told the paperwork would be done before I arrived so it would be a quick process. *2nd problem- after finishing with the salesman I was told the finance guy would finish up. After waiting 45 minutes for Ryan, the finance guy, I finally got up & asked if he was ready for me. He told me no, that he was waiting on additional information from the salesman. I asked him what he needed. All of which I could have provided to him 45 minutes ago....or better yet.... information Ryan could have gotten himself in less than 5 minutes. But that would have required Ryan to actually be proactive. But hey... I’m just the customer I could wait. Plus Ryan totally threw the salesman under the bus by saying “Steven always has paperwork missing “. *3rd BIG problem- Ryan, the finance guy, never once greeted me with a “ how are you?” “Glad you’re here” “excited about your new car?” let alone call me by my name. Come on... this is Mercedes Benz! *4th problem- Ryan glanced down at the cashiers check that I had on the desk & said “I see the amount you have there (the amount that both me & my husband were emailed) & it’s not correct” I actually needed to pay an additional $1200 because someone supposedly didn’t figure the correct amount for NC tags/taxes. Are you kidding me?!?!? Once again no one seemed to care. Ryan & Steven both told me that the GM of the store wouldn’t do anything about it. They didn’t care if I bought the car or not. At this point it was a coin toss....leave & fly back home or buy the car & drive it home. After talking on the phone with my husband we decided to go ahead with the purchase only because it was the car I wanted, S550 coupe, & was the color inside & out that I wanted & haven’t been able to find elsewhere. Once Ryan came back into his office to finish the paperwork I asked him if he enjoyed his job because from where I sat it appeared to me that he didn’t. His response was “I love my job but I’m the guy that gets yelled at for the salesman’s mistakes”. My response was “I never yelled at you”. Zero response or acknowledgment. We finished the paper work, Ryan handed me my copies & said the salesman would finish the rest. Again....never said “thank you for your business” “have a good day” “drive safe on your way back to NC”. Geez, this guy totally ruined what should have been an excited, good experience. *5th problem- I was at the dealership for 2 hours. We had given all the information asked of us ahead of time. I had a cashiers check to pay for the car so no finance paperwork to deal with. I was told it would be a quick process. 2 hours is not quick! Never again will I purchase a car from this dealership or Auto Nation, nor recommend the Auto Nation Group to anyone. The 1 star rating is only because of the car.

AutoNation Mercedes on Copan's Road is the worst Mercedes dealership I've ever had to deal with in my life. The service dept. is horrible, they've damaged my car while in for repairs, the AutoNation in Margate is horrible, they've damaged my car and it has taken them 8 months to finish my car that was a 3 thousand dollar insurance claim. From the G.M. Michael Lucia, to the service mgr. Todd Banks, to the paint and collision rep at the Copan's location Gus Germi, to Omar Heridia and the G.M. at the collision center Rene Estevez. Gus Germi is [non-permissible content removed].. They had more work to do to finish the claim from back in April, and they had no loaner so they told me to get the nicest vehicle from Enterprise rental and Mercedes would reimburse me. I kept the rental much less than the time they had my car, as I have others to drive and now they won't pay for the rental they authorized me to get. I am filing a complaint with the BBB, post a negative review where ever I can, and I now have a lawyer involved. I will not stop reaching out to higher up people that are qualified to make an adult decision. This company has horrible business morals and ethics and they lie! I've only begun my journey to discredit them as a reputable dealership as far as service and paint/collision. And I've already sent two buyers to a different Mercedes dealer and they made their purchase there. My words are loud and clear and respected in the performance/luxury car industry. I will cause them to lose 1000 fold the 1,200.00 +- dollars they owe me. Get ready AutoNation! Update. After filing a complaint with Corporate, Magically 773.73 was paid to Enterprise Rental, thus a credit back on my American Express. You still owe me 450.89. You can pay that amount to me or Enterprise so they can credit my American Express. Let's not forget the damage to my drivers side fender when you tried to deliver it as a completed job and I refused delivery and you guys took 5 more days to do so. I received no loaner or rental for those 5 days as well, and this was damage done while in your care and possession. Wake up and do what's right. Pay the 450.89. I will not disappear. Corporate has been called again. I'm waiting on your crappy dealership to do what's right. Let's also not forget Gus Germi and Todd Banks authorized the Enterprise rental. Moral and ethics are at stake here. And I'm here to show your potential customers how you screw existing customers that have spent thousands and thousands with you and used to trust you.

Our car is low so when we parked we hit the parking stop bumper. It pulled our front bumper loose. We went straight to Mercedes of pompano and we saw Andrew Almanzar. He was wonderful. Very professional and friendly. We left our car and it was fixed in just a few hours. We were very pleased.

I worked with Eric Skeen to pick up a CPO C63S AMG. He was great to work with, and jumped through hoops to get the deal done on short notice. Couldn’t recommend him or the place high enough. This was my first time buying a Mercedes Benz and I was exceptionally disappointed with the experience. I expected first class treatment but had a better experience buying my Hyundai Genesis! This dealership only cares about making money. I originally was looking to purchase a used Mercedes and had committed to buying one until I found out it did not have keyless entry or keyless start. Also did not have the lane assist. Car features were misrepresented. Then I decided on a new car. Their “one price no haggle” policy works totally against you as the customer. This is the Auto Nation” brainchild. So I called an I dependent dealership, got the price I wanted and was ready to buy. Guess what—they matched the price. Then I was told to get my own financing so I did and spent hours getting my bank to process a check in record time. When I go to pick up the car there’s an additional $400 on the invoice for tinting! Told I had to pay it as all their cars are tinted! Sorry— that’s not the price I agreed to. Charge ultimately removed. Paperwork had to be redone. Then you get to spend 3 hours with their Finance people who miraculously get you a better rate on your auto loan. Paperwork gets redone again. Then they detail the many warranties available which increase the cost by $10K. Hyundai has a 100k mile warranty included in the price! When I finally sign all the papers I get to drive my car home. But my brand new car was not properly detailed so told to bring it back on Monday!!! Also driver’s side door had a ding in it. They agreed to fix it after first offering some touch up paint. No thank you. When I bring the car in I’m told it will be in the shop for 2 days but I can’t get a loaner car! WHAT!!!! I threatened to cancel my purchase. They finally agreed to get me a rental car . Had to get a ride to dealership only to be driven to rental car place. Why not pick me up at home? Hyundai dealership drove me to to and from work! Get car back-all perfect. Have car 2 days and battery dies. Totally dead!!! Only 300 miles on my car! Had to call their service. Took over an hour. Battery charged but told to bring in so they can do diagnostic test. Car in shop for 3 hours. They arranged Lyft to bring me home and get me back. Battery had to be replaced. I own this car 3 weeks. Hope this is the last issue I have with it.

I had a Simple diagnostic on the car to find the problem and it turned into battle. They had checked the engine to locate the problem due to usage of the car I couldn?t leave it at the time and told them I will be back . They released the car without even estimates or any type of detail of the code. What makes it interesting , they quoted as? costumer dined the service? remarks. Not even written estimate , or type of the work .. I Checked with other dealerships , later on asked adviser for the part cost $ ..! There was nothing at my print out report . Then I had to go back the pompano for written quote . Turned up to be while other 2 dealers charging $147 for the same part I had a quoted for $233. You figure that out ..!!! Besides the service adviser , treatment of their costumer and mentality based on nothing but draining your wallet and suck it in dealership style. Checked exactly Service with other 2 registered dealership in the area , and guess what Others don?t even charge the diagnostic if you get your car fixed at their location versus I was clearly told by the service manager , regardless the service , they will still charge the diagnostic fee. Which is. $246 By the way , if you happened to go there , please ask at your final bill, when they you use only batter power , What is the $25 extra charge as shop expenses .?????... totally crooks and lousy place .. check with other MB dealer around since you won?t get your car back from any type service in 2-3 days from this people .. good luck ..

Car was checked in and 40 minutes later, I was informed that my particular bag ... was on back order ... would be perhaps 2 weeks or so before it would be received as it was coming from Germany. The customer rep that assisted me, Ronnie was very helpful and polite. I brought my car in for a recall on the passenger air bag and he was able to get another issue I was having with the ac fixed at no charge plus I got my car vacuumed and clean for free. I've bought and sold at least 20+ cars in my lifetime. Working with Fernando and Ashley was great. Friendly, sincere, interested in satisfying the customer, not at all pushy. Started at 10am and by 3pm I was driving home with a CPO MercBenz that had everything I wanted, along with a great price and no-hassle trade-in. My only comment is that the information (car features and options) provided on their website and the MBUSA website did not match. But they did not state more than the car actually had, so not misleading.

Horrible customer service. I brought my car into repair a recalled sunroof. They started by saying only glass was being replaced and they didn't want to own it. They took it back to service manager who brought it back and said it didn't work, go get it fixed and bring it back to have glass replaced. I explained I was selling the car and as a courtesy to the buyer I was getting the recall taken care of. The service manager said I'll have to fix alot more before I sell it. Unbeknownst to them I just changed it all the fuses and took a picture for my reference. I get home and look, they took out the fuse so it wouldn't work. Thanks for wasting my time and I'll for sure be contacting MBUSA to let them know of the practices at this authorized dealer.

The service dept. is very weak. They are not customer focused...do not answer the phone, do not return phone calls, do not repair the vehicle correctly the first time, and always end up with other issues after bringing car in for repairs (dirtier than what I left it, flat tire, etc.) The saving grace for the dealership is the GM!! He is fantastic and makes things right. The issue is he is only one person and his team hasn't come around yet to being customer focused.

Not a great experience for my service. Only acceptable. Nobody seemed to care about providing excellent customer service. Every employee had a no care attitude, not a single person asked how they could help or be of assistance when asked. As a business owner I would not accept this kind of performance from my team. Mercedes advertises “ the best or nothing” and should take a closer look at the level of service they are providing their customers being charged for a premium level of service.

AutoNation Mercedes on Copans Road is the worst Mercedes dealership I've ever had to deal with in my life. The service dept. is horrible, they've damaged my car while in for repairs, the AutoNation in Margate is horrible, they've damaged my car and it has taken them 8 months to finish my car that was a 3 thousand dollar insurance claim. From the G.M. Michael Lucia, to the service mgr. Todd Banks, to the paint and collision rep at the Copan's location Gus Germi, to Omar Heridia and the G.M. at the collision center Rene Estevez. Gus Germi is a liar, Michael Lucia is a piece of trash and his little manager robot Todd Banks are all crap.. They had more work to do to finish the claim from back in April, and they had no loaner so they told me to get the nicest vehicle from Enterprise rental and Mercedes would reimburse me. I kept the rental much less than the time they had my car, as I have others to drive and now they won't pay for the rental they authorized me to get. I am filing a complaint with the BBB, post a negative review where ever I can, and I now have a lawyer involved. I will not stop reaching out to higher up people that are qualified to make an adult decision. This company has horrible business morals and ethics and they lie! I've only begun my journey to discredit them as a reputable dealership as far as service and paint/collision. And I've already sent two buyers to a different Mercedes dealer and they made their purchase there. My words are loud and clear and respected in the performance/luxury car industry. I will cause them to lose 1000 fold the 1,200.00 - dollars they owe me. Get ready AutoNation!

Disappointing. First time service visit. Dumped into the waiting area, no explanation or tour of facility. Waited two hours for my car. Asked 3 times about fixing the seatbelt retractor and was told it was being done. It was not. Asked to have tires rotated. "Work not performed at this time" was on my invoice. No explanation as to why not. Compared to my previous Cadillac service experience MB came up far short.

I am very very upset with this company, with the customer service, services, everything! I left my car the day before yesterday, Monday, November 23rd, for maintenance service, which included oil change. I picked up the car yesterday, Tuesday, November 24th and paid almost $ 600 for the service. Today I had go out to work, solve some problems and do grocery shopping. About 1 hour after I left my house, the car's dashboard showed that I needed to check the engine oil and a lot of smoke started to come out and get people's attention. I was very scared and stopped at the first gas station I saw. I called Bryan, called customer service and they took 2 hours to send a towning to help me. Also, I had myself to get a lift to leave me at home. Unbelievable!!! If you woud like to have problems, have a bad service, have a awful customer service, feel free to go there.

Purchased a 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Simple broken Tire Pressure Sensor they promised to fix at time of purchase has turned into a huge time sink, with nothing but excuses, and it's still not fixed. I have sold the car. When I bought the car 3 years ago, it was a certified preowned car. They had not cleaned the sunroof drains and within days, the car took in water through the drains ruining about $6,000 of electronics that reside in the cabin of this model. After telling me to put in an insurance claim, I convinced the dealer it was their fault for not servicing the drains as called for and the dealer and MB paid for all repairs. But at age 7 years (the car, not me) the main computer ded and stranded me in traffic. It cost $2,200.00 to repair. The main computer should never die or it should have a lifetime warranty. I sold the car and bought a new Tesla Model 3.

If you want to get insulted stop by and see not just a salesperson, but Sales Manager Shawn Bressman. Went in to look at a 2017 MB S550 and brought a trade in. After some negotiating with a salesperson could not make the numbers work and got ready to leave, that’s when we got introduced to the Sales Manager Shawn who raved how cheap and basic my trade in was ( also 2017 MB S500) that I purchased recently from a different dealer and how he knows that car went thru a bunch of hands and lended with me. But the cherry on the cake was when he started going off on my appearance. His exact words where “you are wearing a $30,000 dollar watch and you are negotiating only $2000 dollars with me how cheap you must be”. Numerous times that was and in front of salesperson Steve ( nice guy ) And my brother , who was with me at the time. Never had such an experience in my life and wouldn’t recommend anybody to have one. That’s the reason for my 1 Star, however dealership itself looks very nice

I will say this, I usually never review much. Compelled in this case. Also, if you are from the dealership and reading this please don't bother calling me, you are too late. Making the service appt. was fine, I got a nice loaner as well no complaints there. During my initial in person chat with my service advisor I went over some things that needed to be checked or completed. He seemed nice enough. My service advisor addressed zero of those things and never contacted me (previous service advisors were in contact on other visits I have had). I had to find out when my own car was done. Is this because my car is a 2016 and not brand new? Hmm. Then I know full well the car has an issue with the exhaust and the service department supposedly checked my car but nothing was mentioned. What they did find wrong was I need some new tires and a break job. Brakes they wanted over 1.4k and the tires have a huge markup as well. While I understand the need to make a profit, what the dealer offers in terms of cost is insanity in my opinion. I paid 1.1k for the 4 year service as well on my car and I feel like what was done is my car was plugged into some piece of equipment, it outputs back a report, they top off some fluids and out the door... no actual work is done or very minimal for 1.1k so to me that equals a complete rip off.

I made an appointment online and went the next morning. I was greeted right away and brought personally to the waiting room until my specialist was able to confirm the problems I was having with my car not starting. Mike Smith took my info and even got me a loaner car which was totally unexpected. They found additional things wrong with the car but Mike went to bat for me with the extended warranty co. I am VERY happy with how everything was handled! I hope not to need them anytime soon BUT if I do I will not hesitate going back there. Thank you Mike Smith :)

1. 8am ... The first valet accused me of damaging the loaner vehicle and wanted me to file a claim 30 seconds after I arrived. 2. After I refused, the manager Mark said they would not release my car until I filed a claim with my insurance company. 3. Thirty minutese later the manager then said he would pay my deductible if I called my insurance company and filed a claim. 4. I refused that offer as well because that would have been a lie and I am not a dishonest person. 5. Another hour later I finally got my car after being accused of damaging the loaner car and then asked to lie to my insurance company and file a false claim. 6. 9:45 am ...When I finally got my car, I had to ask the valet girl to sanitize it and she asked me if I paid for it when sanitizing is clearly marked on the $2500 itemized bill. 6. Overall, the entire experience from the valet to the manager was so upsetting after driving two Mercedes-Benz for the past 12 years. I was attacked, called a liar, and asked to lie. 7. The day before this horrible treatment I had even come in to look at a third Mercedes-Benz because it is time for me buy another car and this was my favorite car. 8. I am moving on from Mercedes-Benz and Auto Nation. I am not willing to spend my hard earned money on a company that falsely accuses customers, refuses to release their cars after the service is completed, and then asks me to lie to me insurance company by making a false claim. 9. Have a great day and you will never see me, my money, or my loyalty again!!

Last Friday I took my Mercedes to Mercedes Benz of Pompano for a car wash. To kill time I had a coffee at the show room and walked around to admire all the new Benzes. One car caught my attention and I fell instantly in love with. A 2020 Mercedes Benz GLE 350 in an attractive metallic red exterior and an off white interior, just perfect for my taste. For sure I did not need a new car my old car showed only 15 000 miles on the odometer. I contacted my sales rep Abe Pourghassem he demonstrated the car and explained all the new technology. Trust me this car was a beauty. So I bought it. The sales and red tape experience was smooth and painless, except for shelling out the money. This is the second car I bought with Abe?s help. He is pleasant to work with, he followed up with several phone calls, if I was happy with my new car, and more so he is helpful in assisting you even long time after the sales. When buying your Mercedes benz DO NOT BUY AT AUTONATION. I had a depressing experience and reading some reviews below I could see that the problem is with the dealer. I bought a new Mercedes Benz and took the vehicle out of the dealership with problems, I called my salesman who directed me to the service 3 days after I took the vehicle out of the store already defective, the worst was that they called me 7 days later to pick up the car I discover that it had not been repaired. And again here goes my frustration. After these days, another 21 days have passed and every day I receive a call from a service professional totally uninformed saying that the vehicle will be ready tomorrow. and this tomorrow never comes. I went to store 3 saying trying to solve the situation. GENERAL MANAGER MIKE NEVER CALLED ME EVEN IF I REQUESTED HIS CONNECTION SEVERAL AND SEVERAL TIMES. I WENT TO THE STORE TRYING TO TALK TO HIM BUT I NEVER GOT IT. THEREFORE AND FOR VARIOUS OTHER REASONS IF YOU NEED TO BUY A CAR. DO NOT LOOK FOR THE AUTONATION GROUP. UNFORTUNATELY THEY DO NOT CHECK THE VEHICLES BEFORE THE SALE. AND A SIMPLE BACKUP CAMERA PROBLEM CAN LEAVE YOU WITHOUT VEHICLE FOR MORE THAN 3 WEEKS. AND YOU STILL RECEIVE A BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. STAY AWAY from this dealership!!!! I cannot emphasize the lack of professionalism enough. I am appalled by the behavior of the salesman and leadership team. I purchased a certified pre owned 2019 A-220 in Dec. 2019. This vehicle was advertised as having 193 miles on it, & being in mint condition. The vehicle actually had 2,900 miles on it, not 193 as advertised. I had a trade in vehicle which was quoted, via phone, as being worth close to $6k. Upon my arrival they stated that they could only offer $5k max and they were “doing me a favor.” I ultimately informed them that I was leaving, as I could purchase a brand new 2020 A-220 from a dealer in close proximity for the same price. After two hours they agreed to $6k, for my trade. After initiating paperwork I noticed paint chips missing in an area on the vehicle. I was assured that this is “nothing” and could easier be buffed out, free of charge. I had significant difficulty reaching the salesman, so eventually drove into the dealership to have the work performed. It looks absolutely terrible! It was not buffed but appears they just painted it. It indents, due to not having enough paint and is visible. I sat for hours while the vehicle was being “serviced”. Upon completion they parked the vehicle in the front of the building. It was late and dark at this time. I drove home and inspected the vehicle under the light. I have called and left over a dozen messages with the dealership and have not received one return call! I left messages for the general manager, sales manager and salesman. This is after paying $32k for this car. There are other Mercedes dealerships in the area; save yourself headache and go anywhere but here!

I went last week to look at a Porsche boxter. Steve take care of me. At first no problem answering email, call or message. Since I bought the car no news. I got several question unanswered. To top it off. Finance manager try to sell us a expensive financing. We explain to her that we were approuve by capitalone. She claim that we where not. I have to call myself to get the financing ready. I felt cheated as well as we had a available tag that she claim she did not found. Again I have to go online and show it to her. Really disappointed by customer services. I did call the corporate office and I’m waiting for answer to my several questions.

Service was very poor. 2018 AMG was brought in for squeaky brakes. The service dept sends me an email stating brakes are fine but I need 4 new tires and an alignment.. car has 15k miles on it, I had the front tires replaced at 9900 miles 6 months ago. I challenged this and stated the 2 front at a minimum were under warranty.. “we’ll get back to you” 2 days later I get a call telling me there’s a screw in the front tire and they’ll call and see if that one is under warranty.. I said what happened to needing all tires replaced? Service guy goes out and he tells me there’s a screw in one of the back tires, front tires don’t need to be replaced. Needless to say I ended up replacing 1 tire and getting the alignment done. Originally tried to get me for over $2,000 just to inflate their commissions.. Took over a week to get this sorted and fixed! too bad too, my sales guy was great but the service dept just tries to rob people!

The negatives on this review are in reference to your service department. Brad in particular! He was rude, ignorant on insurance requirements and has a very nasty attitude and approach in general. Your Sales team now was outstanding. The buying experience was the easiest I have ever experienced. The problem is sales is missing the backing of service; something that will drive repeat customers and referrals along with positive word of mouth advertisement. I am now only going to be talking about the bad service! That is human nature to tell the negative. Most important is Brad knows he can?t treat people the way he does.

On Nov 1, 2019 I bought. CPO S 550 with less than 10,000 Miles but the salesman ( Umut ) refused to credit to us the amount of $1,500 which was promised if we had bought one day before . The car was NOT detailed properly there was black tar on tire rims also the inside was not cleaned the Mats were dirty .I did mentioned this to Umut who stated that he will take care of all of these before he will ship the car to Naples where we live . To my Dismay the car was in the same conditions Nothing was done as promised I had to take it to be detailed .I called the salesman Umut to complain and he promised that he will order a new set of Mats and send them to our home in Naples . Two months passed there is No Mats .Finally I was able to get in touch of the sales Managers who found out that the Mats were never ordered . This Employee should not be allowed to stay in his job because he gave his employer a very bad reputation

While everyone we spoke with at the dealership was friendly and knowledgeable, the process of buying a pre owned car takes way too long. We spent 4+ hours from start to finish. Network speeds were slow, which almost derailed the finance process. The detail job on our vehicle wasn’t great. Loads of wax in the logo and along seams etc. I’ll need to bring it to a local detailed this week to get it looking right. And while the state of Florida maintains a driver is legally insured if they have a current insurance policy in any car they drive away with, Auto Nation requires a buyer’s insurance card reflects the new vehicle even before it leaves the dealership. Very hard to do on weekends and holidays. We were only able to make it happen because our agent is a good friend and we knew how to reach him.

In my opinion, buying a car is probably on my list of least favorite things to do. Between the haggling, negotiations and paperwork, I always feel like I?m getting inundated with too much information and receiving the short end of the stick. At least that?s what I thought before I went to Mercedes Benz of Pompano Beach. Is it possible to say that I really enjoyed my car buying experience? I know! Crazy, but entirely true! I felt so comfortable dealing with my salesperson, Donnie, that it didn?t feel like a car transaction at all, but more like a conversation between two old friends. This experience was unlike any other, in a very good way. From the finance department to the service, everything at this dealership is above par. It probably trickles down from the GM, Mike Lucia, who greets you with a genuine smile and lively conversation at the door. All I?m saying is they have a great dealership and I can never imagine going anywhere else to purchase a vehicle. Thank you so much!

HORRIBLE SERVICE AT THIS LOCATION @mbpompano @mercedesbenzpompano DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE TO BE SERVICED. I ASKED FOR ONLY THE REQUIRED MAINTENANCE AND THEY ADDED ON TIRE BALANCE, ALIGNMENT, CLOROX INTERIOR CLEANING, and WIPERS. AN UNNECESSARY $800 additinal. TO TOP IT ALL OFF, THEY SHUT OFF MY LOANER AND LEFT ME STRANDED FOR 4 HOURS EVEN THO IT WAS AGREED TO BE RETURNED 6 HOURS LATER. THEY CHARGED ME $400 TO HAVE THE CAR TOWED AND $500 TO HAVE IT CLEANED BECAUSE OF A FEW DOG HAIRS BUT STILL WONT GIVE ME AN ANSWER IF THEY TURNED IT OFF REMOTELY OR IF THE CAR BROKE DOWN. ONCE I RECEIVED MY CAR BACK, I REALIZED IT WAS NOT CLEAN AT ALL, NOTHING WAS CLEANED ON THE INTERIOR AND THEY HAD MY CAR FOR 2 WEEKS. ALSO MY WINDSHIELD WIPERS ARE THE SAME ONES AND THE FOLLOWING DAY, 1 OF MY TIRES WENT FLAT AND THERE’s a 2 inch long cut in the sidewall. NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS WITH THIS TRASH COMPANY. Poor service but great sales. If you bring your car in for low tire pressure and they give you air, would you not think they check your tire to see if you have a nail in it? Nope! The next morning low pressure again only to find out From a local tire store I have a nail in my tire. Then when you call service manager to tell them their service is subpar, they don’t even return the call back. Then a few days later they called to tell you to bring your car in for service and you tell them The last place you will take your car is MB Pompano and they still don’t even call you back. That is not service!!!!!

I just had the car for 3 days and a very loud noise came from underneath the car . The salesmen frye's to convince me that it's normal and heard it on orher vichles. I mentioned to him that I have been a client of Mercedes for over 12 years & I don't believe it. Besides most of my close family all have Mercedes & Porche. I spoke to a young gentleman and he came in the car and heard the same noise .We pull in to the service and Tom the chief machanique comes for a test drive and agrees that the noise is not normal . He speaks to Brad the service Mgr. and immediately request for me to bring in the car first thing in the morning. Tom cfm. to me that a request be made for him to fix the problem. Brad was very kind and the next morning Tom repaired the problem in 25 minutes. The salesmen should listen to their clients rather than pushing me off . I have a bad experience but the service staff Brad & Tom should be highly commended for taking the time to listen to my concern. I realize it's a 2016 & not new car. I paid it cash and had intention of switching the car to a E 2 dr coupe on my 65 birthday in 15 months. I definitely will not deal with the same sales person. Very disappointed in the fact that I brought my car in for the airbag recall and in the process of the repair your technician destroyed the air vent. The excuse from the manager was that the part was “dry & cracked”. If that was so, why wasn’t this identified before any work was done? Why not warn me of the possibility? Instead recall work was done and now they want me to pay for the repair of damage the shop caused. I cannot recommend the service here until they correct the damage done at their hands.

This was perhaps the best experience I have every had in looking and acquiring a new car. The staff from the front to the finance persons are friendly and will work with the customer to provide you with the perfect car at the best price. I love my new Mercedes E class. Also the environment is clean and they also have good snacks and beverages. I would advise anyone looking for a new car to come to this dealership.

I purchased a Certified Preowned Vehicle at Mercedes Benz of Pompano and was told by the salesperson that the car came with a "bumper to bumper warranty, essentially an extension of the factory warranty that the car came with when it was new". In fact, I have bought two CPO cars at this dealership and was told the same thing both times. I brought my car in for repair of the rear window shade and was now told that such items are not covered by the warranty and that it was going to cost me $1,800 to repair the window shade!!! I was shocked and infuriated. I spoke with the GM who told me that there was nothing he could do other than offer me a measly 10% discount!! Unbelievable!!! Not only will I never bring my cars to this dealership for service but I will never buy a car from them again and will spread this word far and wide and frequently.

We have been customers for many years. The whole family drives a Mercedes. There are always at lest four in the drive way. The last one was for our daughter who knew what she wanted before we even arrived at the dealership. She wanted the same model as her brother's, the CLA 250. So we called it in, and they had the right color and package she wanted. By the time we arrived, the car was seating in the delivery room, paperwork took another 30 min and we drove out. Excellent service all around.

Service manager was great though for a $600 oil change..I would think they would at least offer me water or a cup of coffee when entering the facility like most other luxury dealerships do. my loaner had a broken radio and wind shield wipers that barely worked. not sure i will be going back to this dealership for service.

The Mercedes Benz at Coconut Creek FL was amazing my sales person was Daniel Homes hope I'm spelling his name correct, but he is the best I couldn't ask for a better sales person. He took his time to explain everything to us and he wasn't annoyed or had an attitude he is the best. I had my 40k maintenance done at MB of Pompano. Excelent experience. All taken care of during the day and we had a new loaner E300. At least I know now that I am not up for the sofisticated gimmicks for radio etc on the new model. I will stay with my 2014 and maybe get a 2016 which assume is still with push buttons and more simplified. I purchased my car at this dealership and this week I had complete inspection done that I would have been charged $175 if the repairs were not done there, but I did and the power steering unit was replaced for $1340. There is a light on my dash which says it is 735 days since my last schedule A service. Service A is an oil chance and inspection which Mercedes charges $550. I get the synthetic oil changed at Sears for $79 every 3000 miles BIG DIFFERENCE!! I requested to have the notice removed from the dash and was given a lengthy explanation as to why they wouldn't do it although the car was just inspected and the oil sticker on the car showed that the oil didn't need to be changed for another 1200 miles. I just spent $1340 and that's how you treat a repeat customer. This is not great way to build customer loyalty!! I will be seriously re-thinking where I buy my next car. Thanks from another unhappy customer.

It took us 5hrs to purchase the car & still did not have the registration, plates or the new car fully programed. Returned next day & still no response & again returned no help. Finally got a apt to program the car & after 2hrs they told me they couldn't program it & had to get w Mercedes to get the proper program & would call us back & set up another apt. Not only that they didn't have the new registration in the car only the plates. Had to go back & salesman gave me a copy. I will not go back to this dealership if I decide to buy another Mercedes. I had a Lexus & never received this treatment.

Sales rep was great so was finance. Expected more of a cleaner vehicle especially since it was pre certified. Just expected more of a superior experience especially when it comes to the delivery of the vehicle. Attention to detail was not maintained in preparation of the vehicle. Dirty and stained interior. I have to spend $450 to get the car detailed. Not what I expected from a Mercedes Benz preowned.

Long story short I was told misinformation by 3 different people, they lost my key, had to wait three weeks to get a key and now they issue I initially went in for they're telling me it's not in my warranty. REALLY??? Your cars are luxury cars the least you guys can do is have luxury customer service �

Had the worst experience with them. If I didn't call Mercedes headquarters myself I would not have got the car fixed . All of the wood Venere in the car started to pop off within two week time period. I was told I had to pay to replace it. I feel my service rep didn't do enough for me so I had to call headquarters myself to get the job done. After being a Mercedes customer for years ( at one time owning 3 of them) I would have thought they would have gone a little further to help ....but no so I had to take care of the calls myself ... after speaking to the higher up they finally stepped up to the plate and fix the car thanks to Nelson and Ralph at headquarters ( who were VERY helpful). I usually have rep Anja Moore as my service person who I can't said enough about. Always has me in and out with no problems but she was on vacation. I didn't care for the run around I got from them about fixing the car as I was told I had to pay for job which was obviously a Mercedes defect And when I wanted to speak with someone higher up I was told they will tell me the same thing!! So I called headquarters......they got the job done!!!!!

Do not deal with ! Ever!! My mother called 3 months ago regarding an extended warranty on her 2015 Mercedes truck and was given a quote; She explained that while it was approaching, her husband (my father was dying) and she was wanting to wait until after the funeral and everything to make the payment and go forward; The vehicle VIN was provided and it had even been in there for warranty issues previously. The lady advised her that she could call and make a payment over the phone up until the mileage reached the warranty expiration. This morning my mother called and was told she "doesn't qualify" - They did not give reasons. She asked and asked because the mileage was still under and was finally told she was not the original owner and it was a "rental" car - 1. NEVER was it a rental car (okay, that can be cleared up she stated) 2. Why was it not mentioned about the original ownership before? My mother would have had plenty of time to look for another company but now she is almost out of mileage and really can not even drive her vehicle home for fear of going over it- As she is elderly and widowed- something she mentioned on the recorded call the first time (she mentioned she had never taken care of these things and it was always her husband etc) - I requested a supervisor to explain that she was taken advantage of and requesting the recordings as this was not something that was ethical in any way; The previous girl never mentioned the word "qualification" and she said she would just call and "make a payment" - I wanted this fact to be there and when I requested the GM was told "you will not get a different answer" - that is not an acceptable answer at all- I still requested again and she told me "hold on" - she then hung up on me. We called back and she stated "the gm is not available and wont have a different answer" - we once again stated that we still wanted to make the grievance. The GM has yet to call and we have called 6 times requesting him/her additionally and have not gotten them yet. We have asked what time the GM will be there until as we will be headed that way to go speak with Cadillac , a brand we trust and will trade her vehicle in for tonight based on this experience. We were not given an answer. It would seem that in person is the only way we will be able to make our grievances. BEWARE!!!

Stopped by close to closing time on a Sunday evening just to take a look at a vehicle I spotted in the online inventory. It was the exact interior & exterior color combination I had tirelessly searched for! I was greeted by Adam Levy who walked me to the vehicle until Chip Snyder, the salesman who'd emailed me about my inquiry, became available. Once I saw it in person, I was in awe. The CPO vehicles are kept inside the showroom so they all have the new caw shine as they are kept out of the elements. MB of Pompano gets kudos for this alone. Chip arrived with a smile and asked what I thought of the car. My mother, who accompanied me as we were on our way to dinner, loved it said if I wanted I needed to make a decision. Chip and Jonathan Reiss made sure that I did not feel rushed even though it was clearly after business hours. Both gentlemen were personable, answered all of my questions and made sure as a 2nd time Mercedes owner I received a great financing rate. I would definitely recommend you see stop in to see Chip Snyder if you are in the market for a Mercedes!

Visiting MD of Pompano Beach was a last minute decision made on a Sunday at 3pm after visiting other dealership. I had no expectation to buy a car but the Excellent, effortless honest service from Steve Rahal made the deal happen. He is personable and sincere in helping get what you want and no time did I feel rushed despite the fact the dealership was closing soon. Mark Klein, Manager introduced himself and is a great conversationalist. He ensured the customer was completely satisfied. Christopher Plasencia, Financial Manager, made the transaction effortless and helped in making sound decisions on additional services. The is a great dealership with a lot to offer a car enthusiast in terms of inventory, services and comfort. My highest opinion is that I would buy again from this team of professionals.
