Just left this dealership after wandering around for 10 minutes inside, and having not 1 person even acknowledge my existence. I was looking to trade my wife's 2022 Lexus for a C300 convertible. Every person inside was either standing around, or standing around staring at their phone. This is a Saturday morning with 2 other customers inside the showroom. We'll probably get the Lexus convertible now. Good job Mercedes! And oh, don't reply with one of those pre-written responses about how you really do care, and please call us and you'll make it all better.

Is it too much to ask an Mercedes-Benz dealership owned and operated by autonation not to damage your vehicle when it’s in there care? Yet they impose all these restrictions on their own loaner vehicle! Besides keeping my car for over a week, & did absolutely nothing! They have the audacity to give me back my Brand New 2021/22 G-wagon with oil stain on my white leather driver side seat bottom! Mind you, I had placed a seat protector on the driver side seat prior to the service appointment! Ive tried everything, but it’s ruined!

Anya was my rep who guided me through the service process, and she was friendly, kind, informative and helpful. Upon completion of process, which was 30 mins quicker than expected, she returned my car clean and shiny! When I inquired whether the mats in the car were washed (I had company for the weekend who hadn’t seen my car) she explained that it was not part of the routine. But then she said “hold on for a few minutes”, I’ll be right back. When she returned, SHE had cleaned the mats with a blower! Felt really grateful for Mercedes Employee, who went the “extra mile” literally, and left the dealership, so happy and pleased with my spotless car and a big smile on my face! Thank You Pompano Mercedes for the good experience and taking great care of you customers!

Beyond disappointed with the quality of the vehicle I received and lack of service. Communications were extremely poor. Salesman was very unprofessional and dishonest. Will never buy another CPO MB from this dealership again. No new customer should have to get the vehicle detailed on their own and not get reimbursed for it. Missing parts were supposed to be overnighted and still nothing communicated nor received after a full week later. I am just stunned.

My first service experience at Mercedes of Pompano was top notch. My car is a little over 2 years old and this was not my first service ever, just my first time at this location. My experiences at the last location I would service my car at were uncomfortable and lacked communication on all levels. I was so tired of it that and I changed locations to try 1 more service advisor. If the next advisor was the same I decided I would sell my car and go get a BMW. To my delight, everyone at Mercedes of Pompano was awesome and my services advisor Koby is the best. I dropped off my car off and we met for the first time. We talked about what I needed and he told me how he could help me best. We look at his computer and looks a pricing options and what would best fit my needs. He text me updates and sent messages when he said he would. Koby was personable and easy to understand and for the first time I felt I and my car were taken care of appropriately. Best part is I am going to keep my car, keep going back to Mercedes in Pompano and keep going to Koby as my services advisor.

Made appointment for 60k service at Mercedes Pompano. Got treated like a satisfied customer rather than a number. I was extended courtesy vehicle and Service Manager went over and above to provide great service. Everything was done in one visit including a Recall corrected at the same time. Service staff is courteous, friendly and competent. GLE350 had some strange vibration and I asked for wheel alignment and tire balance. Tech suggested he doesn’t see the need for wheel alignment but wheel balance may correct the issue. It sure did fix the issue with wheel balance as I drove long distance following the service. He could have easily suggested both. However he did suggest keep watch as wheel alignment is recommended for well being of tires. At the moment he said, tire show no need for that. If you go without appointment, service is still good, but if you are expecting a loaner could be an issue. I suggest the Mercedes of Pompano to add few more cars to their fleet of courtesy vehicle to be in Par with other luxury vehicle service centers where you do get the courtesy vehicle even when you go without appointment - well most of the time. Overall a satisfied customer.

They took 65 days to fix a bumper. I had to call every week to know about my car because they never did. The service was very bad and I will have to come back to fix the bumper because now I have a crooked bumper.

Brought my car in for 4 issues, 1 routine service "A", and the other three, issues concerning malfunctioning "accessories" not involving how the car drove. (door locks, cigarette lighter, etc.). They gave me a loaner with foot prints on the inside of the windshield and garbage from the prior driver in the console, under the seats and in the side pockets. So clearly, they don't clean the loaners after each new customer. A week later, they advised all was ready. I went to pick up the car, and parts from the interior were all removed and were lying around the interior and two OPERATIONAL issues were now present that were not problems when I brought the car in. They said they would address it and I left. Almost another week later, they advised they needed ANOTHER almost $1000 to fix a sensor that was not a problem before, this after charging me almost $3000 to fix only the cigarette lighter and a clip I did not ask to be fixed at the beginning. In the end, NOTHING I asked them to fix was fixed but the cigarette lighter, and almost $3000 later, I was told to go somewhere else to fix what was not broken when I took the car in, and was basically told by the service advisor, Armando, that I was a liar. Bad service, bad attitude, OUTGAGEOUS charges. Never again will I go to Mercededs Pompano, but since all Mercedes dealers are AutoNation dealers, I would expect the same very poor service from any Mercedes dealer in S. FL. It's all and only about generating huge bills under the guise of "diagnostic charges" resulting in work being required that was not a problem earlier. Be warned...if unlimited expense accompanied by bad attitude is a problem, stay away.

MB Service Department had my car for 10 days. They did not provide a loaner car. The first 2 days no work was done on my car. They told me, technicians were not available. Communications were poor, all my calls went to voicemail. Poor customer service. I will never use this dealership for repairs again.

The service advisors at this dealership are terrible. They are lazy, egotistical, and arrogant. They are stealing their paychecks from the dealership. They don’t want to help and are extremely rude. Very poor service. I was told by another dealer, out of town, that there was an extended service warranty issue regarding a fuel leak on my 2017 C300. I called the Pompano dealer to get it fixed and they told me that there was no extended coverage for this problem. I called the other dealer to confirm and they told me again that it was covered. I called Pompano dealer back and just gave them my VIN number and now they find an extended service warranty that covers the fuel leak. This is not the only problem I have had with this dealer.

Misdiagnosed, deficient repair, billing errors and worse of all is my car was at this dealership service for 4 weeks. Over all this is the lack of return calls and status updates. Disappointing, When i made the appointment i was not informed about a recall so did not remove any items in the trunk when i got to the service they refused to perform the recall because there were items in the trunk. I asked them to repair a light which a sensor indicated was faulty, service provider said there was nothing wrong this was documented on the bill, unfortunately the the faulty sensor is still on and another light sensor adjacent to this light was damaged and is also indicating a problem

Had the absolute worst experience dealing with service advisors and the service manager. Matthew is a HORRIBLE service manager and Bradley is a terrible advisor. It would take me all day to list out the multiple issues we have had with both of them. Would never recommend this company to anyone, in fact telling people to steer clear from this dealership all together.

I live within 2 miles of the Ft. Lauderdale Mercedes store, however from past experience this location is always busy, more like controlled chaos & an environment I don't need to deal with. The Pompano store, 12 miles from my home, is not as busy and I received the superior one on one service I expect from my service advisor Anja Moore. My car was in for its annual, major service and she communicated/kept me informed as to the progress. Acquiring the loaner vehicle was easy. when my car was ready, it was returned to me in perfect condition. The only minor issue was the fact that I was told I needed 2 new front tires and an alignment. The price quote for this was very expensive. I received a quote from a local tire store for the tires and alignment that was much less, and I asked if Mercedes of Pompano would match the quote and they would not. Not a big deal for me. I was completely satisfied with the service, and the professionalism and knowledge of Anja. I will continue to have my SL 550 serviced at Mercedes of Pompano Beach.

I called a different Mercedes dealership and was put on hold several times. I then went into a voice message system that kept me in loops. Finally, I reached a person at a call center who said I could not get a Finally, I reached a person at a call center who said I could not get an appointment for 2 1/2 weeks. Frustrated, I contacted pompano Mercedes-Benz, and what a delight! They answered immediately, and my problem was solved the next day. I could not recommend them more highly!

My 5 stars is only for the best sales representative in Mercedes - Pompano location; * STEVE RAHAL * I have been working with Steve for over 7 years and I wouldn’t go to anyone else. Steve has been with Mercedes for over 25 years , way before Autonation took over. So he has been through the changes just like we have, but no matter what he hasn’t changed who he is. He protects you as a client as if it was his family member buying a car, he looks at every detail for you and is truthful if it’s a good deal or not. He goes above and beyond because he still has the HEART for what he does and who he has the privilege of helping. He knows more than anyone in there personally , sales , finance - I don’t care what title he is placed under his name in that dealership , he has the knowledge , the experience , and the care. He has made only $100.00 commission before on one of my deals and sat with me for 5 hours making it happen. I swear to that. It was a little disheartening to see how he was treated by some of his other departments when I was previously there , maybe because he was trying to make it right for the CUSTOMER/CLIENT. Also the fact that the manager he was working with treated him that way INFRONT of a customer, was absolutely disgusting of a manager to do. And NO MATTER WHAT HE STILL had a smile on his face. You can be good at something in this world but lack in the most important parts of it, or you can be great at something and not lack anything at all because you give all the love you have for it which makes the experience & situations better for everyone. After trying with two Auto Nations Mercedes Dealers ( Fot Lauderdale and Pembroke Pines ) thanks to Frank Aliaga I was able to resolve the issue with my Mercedes E450 still under Warranty and Certified .One the sensors of the hood was damaged and the alarm would not disconnect .Frank contrary with the colleagues of the two other dealers told me " we are very busy come back next week with an appointment " !!!!!. Shame on the other two dealers part of Auto Nation with absolute no concern of customer relations basic principles .

Disappointed dearly when got back my brand new Mercedes-Benz G550 with damaged caused by the Mercedes-Benz delray service department of this AutoNation Dealership. First they had detailed the exterior of my magno midnight black matte finish paint of my G550 using products that removed had removed the Dr. Beasley Matte finish protection coating that was applied 2 weeks prior. Then I notice scratches around my front driver side window were they replaced the defective window weather stripping! Then noticed my front bumper wasn’t attached correctly. From my knowledge nothing was done to my bumper but it was at the dealership during a hurricane. So that makes me wonder where did they store my $200,000 truck! Overall very disappointed, especially when the manager never reached out after leaving 2 messages.

The one issue of not being able to duplicate a thumping in the front when the car is in reverse backing up and wheel turned all the way to the left. It’s ridiculous that your techs could not hear this. It happens ever time. I’ve purchased 5 or 6 vehicles and the service in Pompano is always poor.

I purchase my car 6 years ago w/ extended warranty and prepaid maintenance. I was treated very nicely by salesperson and all services so far. As soon as my prepaid maintenance expired, the treatment went down. I asked for info on packages and was told there was none bc the car was over 5 years old. After that, I asked again and was told I could get and needed to talk to "Ryan" in finance, who did not even look at me when I went into his office and handed me the paper for the packages and went back to his computer screen. He obviously had much better things to do than give me 5 min. I then needed tires, and after trying to get a quote for over a week, a Manager responded and was very nice and accommodated my needs personally (Matt). Me made sure they had the tires, made the app and confirmed the quote I had gotten online. I also asked them to check on a "coolant" light for me. The service guy handed me an estimate for over $1,500.00 to change a coolant reservoir that costs about $100.00. I tried to contact Ryan again about the package and was told the coolant is a "pre existing" condition. I understand this may be the policy but if I was given the attention months ago when I requested this, maybe I wouldn't have a "pre existing" condition now. I found an excellent shop, Mercedes certified that called me right away, confirmed my needs and quoted me $280.00. I felt like after my car was no longer the newest and shiniest and warranty was out of 5 yrs, the folks at Pompano Mercedes really didn't care of my car was taken care of or not. I am going to other places from now on, and when I decide to buy a new car, I'll be sure to go somewhere else as well, after all, I wouldn't want to "bother" them.

Professional from start to finish! Went for service this morning and after a seamless appointment made on line last night. I was welcomed at the service bay by a young and polite gentleman. I was then greeted by my service person Anja who was polite, courteous and professional and went above and beyond by calling a Lyft for me which took me to the local LA fitness. I was furnished with a link to call Lyft when I was done and went back to me car being ready. I live in Highland beach and have a MB dealer very close to my house but I’ll be happy to drive 20 minutes to deal with a dealership that runs smoothly! Thank you MB of Pompano! 5 stars for me!!

Worst Customer Service ever experienced in a Dealership. I went to service my car, was told it would be ready in 4-6 hours and was given a ride back home. I waited the 6 hours, no calls back, I asked a friend to drive me to the dealership and once I got there 8:30 pm, the Service Area is closed. I talked to the Manager in charge in the Sales Area, Rusell Kerr and told him I needed my car since I had to travel to Orlando next morning at 0600 am. He says he can not do anything for me, I ask him to call his Manager and he said "My manager would not answer his phone if I call him" It is 0845 pm. No solution was given, I had to cancel my travel plans. Next morning I asked to talk to a Manager in the Service Area and without being apologetic says I can take my car and get it serviced another day or they can deliver it home, he could not compensate me for the cancelled travel plans and gave me a $100 gift card to buy something in their store. Again I had to wait since 0800 to 1100 that morning to get my car. No apologies offered and I still have no idea why a simple 20K service has to take two days, and why nobody would call me let me know my car has to stay overnight without knowing what plans I have or if I need the car next day.

Unfortunately, first time for my poor experience during my visit to Pompano Beach- Mercedes Benz Service department. My visit was to seek a "Technology Specialist" to remedy or update software as per Mercedes Benz Customer Service and the case # was provided to the advisor, which he was very courteous and professional. It took 2 days for the" shop service individual" to read the error message that appeared on my Multimedia Screen and was the reason for the visit. Simply it was highlighted on the repair invoice and I was told ..sorry we can't do anything about it. I believe that either you may not have a "Technology Specialist" or was too busy to see my vehicle. After 2 days without a loaner car which was ok, got my car without any valid explanation from the shop technician, but it was covered with some of "Birds Droppings" and the front passenger seat was full reclined and that's an indication that someone was relaxing in my car or might be sleeping????? Honestly, I have been thinking for a couple of days to voice my opinion or just move on. I decided to share that experience with whom it may concern.

There is 0 professionalism, 0 accountability, and 0 leadership at this dealership. The sales department is very courteous. And also does not use high pressure tactics that are very accommodating with their guests...... However the service department is very lackluster upon picking up my Mercedes-Benz AMG GTC the car was dropped off freshly detailed only to be picked up the following day and it looks awful like a had been parked outside or ser where something had dripped on it I was appalled that they would actually return a high-end AMG vehicle that came in freshly detailed in this condition. absolutely unacceptable when I complain as I picked up the car their response was a manager will call you back 3 days later no one has reached out to me just absolutely horrible customer service. I live very close to the dealership and would assume drive 25 minutes the other way to go to Mercedes-Benz in fort Lauderdale.

My 2020 MB C 300 was brought in to Mercedes Benz in Pompano on December 20, 2022. I was received in a friendly manner, the vehicle was inspected for and damages and the interior was properly covered against any dirt, filth which could have occurred during service. The vehicle was serviced perfectly and returned as promised impeccably clean. It was obvious that the dealership merits a number -10 and the service representative Armando Ramos as well. I will make my next purchase shortly at this dealership due tithe outstanding service I received.

My left rear run flat tire was punctured by building debris in the street last Wednesday afternoon. I called Mercedes-Benz of Pompano about this issue first thing Thursday morning. I was told to bring the car in immediately. The tire was examined promptly upon my arrival (no appointment needed), and was deemed beyond repair. The tire was replaced free of charge per the purchase contract I agreed to buy with the car. The job was completed within the 1.5 hour time frame, and I was sent on my way, along with a complementary car wash. I am positively impressed by the first class treatment I received

I have had a lot of problems with my GLS450, the AC has needed repair 5 times in one year so I am at the Pompano dealership every two to three months. I have worked with Haden each time. They could not find what is wrong with car for a whole week then asked me to replace the battery, but it was not the issue then they figure out it was the sensor that needs to be replaced. At the end I end up paying all replacements that was not required. Complained to company but I received no explanation. Paid total over $1700 for a single sensor replacement needed to run my car.

Had an issue with a loose plastic sunroof panel which was subject to an recall but my VIN number surprisingly was not included. Dealership offered to perform the repair under goodwill, at cost with 50% contribution which was acceptable since I needed it repaired right away and the regular cost would have been $2200. I have a horrible experience with this dealership. Several months ago I purchased a new car and paid the whole price in cash. They told me that they would arrange for the title to be sent to me by mail in 3-4 weeks from the date of purchase. Since then I have made multiple calls to the people who were involved in the process of buying the car. They do not take my calls, they do not return the calls and they do not answer any text messages. Their phone voice-mails are full, you can't reach an operator, the recording brings you back to the same main menu. Needless to say that the title never arrived. They only care about a customer when they need to sell you a car. After that they will ghost you.

If I could give 0 stars I would… We purchased the 2018 Mercedes E400, from Mercedes Benz of pompano beach. In November of 2020 after thanksgiving. We brought the car mid year of 2021 to get the steering wheel fixed because it was peeling and they only changed the middle console and not the steering wheel. Then around sept of 2021 the dash board started peeling as well we brought in to get fixed they kept the car for about 2 days then told us they didn’t have the parts it was on back order So I kept reaching out every month after that trying to get some answers but everyone I spoke to was very dismissive and rude they weren't helpful in any way. I went to the service dept last week June of 2022 after many attempts of getting my vehicle repaired. There was appointment in the system so I would’ve been able to receive a loaner vehicle but when I got there they told me they didn’t have a loaner for me so put in an Uber. So was displaced out of a car for about 4 days then they reached out telling me the car was completed. Then after I received the car I realized that night that the ambiance lighting wasn’t working on the dashboard so I made another appointment which was June 22 2022. I told them that I wasn’t satisfied with the work and I voiced my concerns then was later told if I wasn’t satisfied with the work I should trade in my car which I feel wasn’t their to tell what I should with MY vehicle . I requested to speak to the supervisor and the supervisor basic didn’t want to hear anything I was saying and said if I was going to continue to speak over him I would need to leave the premises and he said he was unwilling to fix my vehicle then he proceeded to call the cops on me. Then I was told by the cops I needed to leave the premises because they were not going to fix my car. I felt very racially profiled since I walked in that day they basically brushed off any concerns I had about my vehicle and refused me service. I contacted another Mercedes dealer and was informed that being that they did the work they should have warranty on whatever work was done so if something were to happen they should be liable.

After paying $4190.00 for diagnostics, a starter, & an ME control module, car was returned running badly, ABS, suspension warning & Check engine light still on. Several items were broken at the shop. I was told that one would be repaired when part came in 3 wks ago. Never called and stopped answering my texts and calls. Now being told that I need to pay $289 to diagnose just the check engine light.

What a great experience! One of the first times in purchasing a car that it wasn’t uncomfortable. My salesman Justin introduced himself and allowed me to look around on my own when I went into the dealership. They did not have the car that I was looking for, however Justin assured me he would look for one. He did not disappoint. I reached out to the Service representative that my problems still exist, can he take care of my situations. Days later I received a courtesy called reference my service. I will give you the facts, you make the call: I got an estimate from Bradley Markoff to replace an OEM wheel and I was told to call 1 day before the repair so the wheel would be in stock. Called Bradley Markoff two separate days and he never called me back. Called a third time to schedule an appointment and gave a service rep the VIN. I was told the part would be ordered before my appointment. Called the day before my appointment. Anya, the service consultant never got any of my info. Wheel was never ordered. I bought the vehicle at this dealership. I will never set foot there again.

Do not recommend it!!! They have sales staff with no experience at all, cero customer service and/or will to sell or show you the features of a new car that is very techy. I'm new to Mercedes, went to the Pompano dealership at 350 W Copans Rd Pompano Beach, FL 33064, checked a first car that we didn't like and was offered to see a second one with Soon roof and "upgraded features", a car with almost cero gas, so we could only test drive on the parking lot, the motor engine light was on (they fixed this before delivering the car after a next day sale - red flag for the future of a very expensive service). For these reasons, I ended up with a "premium" 2022 Mercedes GLB for $46K ($58K after purchasing extra coverage and taxes) $10K down, with no Navigation installed from the factory, no Wi-Fi, and a cabin that feels like you are driving a Subaru with the windows down. I didn't find the map or navigation features when leaving this dealership with the car, but I thought I was going to find out later after reading the manual or seeing some YouTube videos, cause of course, the salesperson never stepped into the car to show any features, the financing process took longer than them showing and selling the car to me. I'm rejecting this deal and will bring the car back to them and never again with Mercedes. I called the salesperson Isaac Bertho, who of course has no clue about how to help with my complain and told me an experienced salesperson Ross- who did encourage us to apply and run our credit, will call us with a better explanation or solution. No call, no nothing from this dealership. I was also transferred to a sales Manager and was away of her desk.

This was the easiest car buying experience ever! I purchased 100% online and Umut was professional, patient, and responsive. The vehicle was shipped to us, out of state. Everything went smoothly. I only wished that the vehicle came with a full tank of gas. I don't know if dealerships do this as it has been about 10 years since buying a vehicle. With the prices of gas and the price paid for the vehicle, would have been a nice perk.

As a little girl my older brothers also owned Mercedes Benz vehicles since the late 1970’s. I have almost always owned a Mercedes Benz. The last 2 vehicles I purchased were from the Mercedes Benz Cutler Bay, Florida location. I have been treated with dignity and respect every single time I come for all the services and repairs my cars have needed over the years. In 2017 I moved an hour and 10 minutes away; however, I drive the nearly 60 miles EVERYTIME my vehicle needs repairs and service. I understand my car is older and may have some problems from wear and tear. I planned to purchase another vehicle the top of 2022 however, my daughter was murdered December 2022, so all of my plans and my ENTIRE life changed at that moment. I am beginning to get my life back on track while caring for my 2 grandchildren due to their mother’s death. The alternator on my 2014 C250 therefore I was unable to drive the 60 minutes to Cutler Bay instead I had to tow my vehicle to Pompano Beach Mercedes Dealership. I was extremely uncomfortable because I am a woman and I know and understand upselling in this business. My vehicle is 8 years old and although since purchasing my car I have always had ALL repairs and maintenance completed by Mercedes Benz of Cutler Bay. I am writing you to make you aware how I was treated on Friday September 16,2022 at the Mercedes Benz Pompano Beach location by Ilija a Service Advisor. From the moment he was extremely patronizing and demeaning. I felt extremely vulnerable as a woman with an inoperable vehicle. He started with the loaner I had to tell him I have owned a Mercedes for the last decade. I decided from that moment to have my son be the primary point of contact as I am emotionally unable to be victimized by poor customer service, patronizing communication and condescending behavior. Perhaps because my vehicle is a 2014 and not a high dollar 2022. Either way I deserve excellent customer service every single time I do business with Mercedes Benz. I dropped my car off Friday morning 9/16/22 nearly 10am. I heard back from Ilija at 5:53pm by phone indicating the shop is busier than usual a lot of the guys have a big job, and my car won’t be looked at until Monday. Monday 2:05pm I received a text message with service recommendations. I responded at 2:10pm via text and my son also called the Service Advisor Illija and left messages. We heard nothing back from the Service advisor no response. Today Thursday September 22, 2022, I received a condescending, patronizing and threatening text message indicating he needs a decision. If a decision was not made a loaner charge would start from the loaner department. I dare he make such a threat when he had NOT responded to numerous contacts by my son and me. I am unsure what the Best Practices are for Mercedes Benz regarding providing premier customer service. I was appalled and disgusted and I am saddened that I do not feel comfortable receiving service from my C250 from the Dealership that is closest to my home. I am not a first-time owner of Mercedes Benz I fully understand the process. My expectations were not met and definitely NOT exceeded. I will be picking up my vehicle tomorrow September 23, 2022. I actually was looking at a Range Rover. I thought it was located at Land Rover but it was located at Mercedes of Pompano. I called to see if they had it . I received a Text from Conrad OMG went above and beyond went above and beyond to send me pictures and assured me he had the truck there. I came in was at awwws over the truck. Between Conrad and the sales Manager who went above and beyond to get me in this truck. Let's say 2 weeks later I smile every time I walk out my front door to get in my Range Rover.

I needed a second key for my car. I called Parts and they assured me they had the key and it would take 20 minutes to come in and have it programmed. The Key cost Over $1,000! $660 for the key and almost $300 for Labor for 20 minutes to program a key. (The rest was tax).] They told me it would be expensive, but not the amount before I started. I brought my car in for service and was helped by Ilija. It was a prepaid service and I have to tell you I could not have had a better experience. When I arrived he took me in, wrote it up in 5 minutes and got me a Lyft to my office. Texted me later in the day to tell me my car is ready and called me a Lyft to get back. I arrived and my car was waiting for me and it took about 5 minutes until I was on my way. In this crazy world we live in where nothing is done quickly and efficiently, it’s nice to go somewhere that cares about your time, and does a great job. My car was cleaned and I am very happy with the service and the treatment I got from all the service people there, especially Ilija.

Brought my vehicle in due to flood damage and was hoping to get it repaired via insurance claim. Frank in service got me into a loaner while I awaited the final word from Insurance. The bad news is my vehicle sustained too much damage tobe repaired and was deemed a total loss. The good news is Frank was on top of it all and communicated with me throughout the entire process and gave me time to return the loaner on my free time. It was a sad day to lose a beautiful car but I will be looking to purchase another soon and if it is a Mercedes Benz I will be sure to bring it to Frank at MB of Pompano.

I purchased the new EQS450+ in January 2022 and only driving for a week it started to give me some trouble. First, interior ambient lights, then major issues like battery and drive unit...Since then it has gone to the MB service 8+ times and still has some issues (coolant level, bolts, etc) I finally decided to part ways and took advantage of the lemon law so that MB could buy the car back. He actually READS MY CAR RECORDS, had other advisors, didn?t have a clue about previous repairs or updates. Customer comfort this dealership NONE. TV BROKEN, NO ICE MACHINE, suggested when tv worked put on closed caption. Been to other dealerships , made it pleasantly easy to pass the time. Small snack bar or easy food SVC. If you have an issue, actual mgr never seen or never returns calls.

Went in to get car service told them blind spot sensor is not working advisor forgot to tell technician. Had to send the car back advisor states it was fixed. Told the advisor about the back window not going down. Advisor stated i would need to make a future appointment bc parts needs to be ordered. Left dealership only to see blind spot sensor light came back on and now my door will not lock. Went back to the dealership they claimed it was fix left dealership again only to notice said door is now not opening from outside and if it?s opened from inside only way to close the door is to put the child safety lock on. Went back to the dealership today. They are telling me that there is no power to the door and I have to operate it manually when it was working prior to going for service. They have incompetent technicians.

I switched to the Ft Pierce location which is not part of AutoNation. Honest, decent and my oil change is more than half of what they charge at AutoNation.

I asked for a manual for the car I purchase. It took 2 years to get it. I asked several times for it. The last time I asked for it I was told you waited 2 years to ask for it. On 01/22/22, I dropped off my vehicle to be serviced by Mercedes Benz of Pompano. 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment time I was greeted by Armando Ramos with "Whats a BMW doing in a Mercedes dealership?". Not, "Hey, sorry we are short staffed" or "thanks for your patience, how can I help you?" Great start with the customer service! I should've ran but the only reason I drove 1.5 hours to have it serviced with them is because I had previously purchase my Vehicle Care package when purchasing the vehicle in 2019. It should be noted that I had absolutely no engine issues or indication lights illuminated in my vehicle prior to dropping my car off for service. My only concern was at times my car would have trouble starting and one time wouldn’t accelerate. They advised that my (2014) battery needed to be replaced and I paid $444.69 for them to do so. After my service/oil change, they advised that the cam shaft sensor was needing to be replaced (this sensor was not showing prior to drop off). We agreed but they never fixed this or charged us for it. The service advisor called us and stated that they wanted to courtesy tow my vehicle to BMW in Delray to reset codes that were popping up after the oil change. After possessing my vehicle for over a month, on 2/21/22 Armando Ramos advised me that they had to go into the engine. I decided that this was not necessary as there was no indication of any engine issues at drop off and would pickup my vehicle. At no point in time was I advised that my fully functioning vehicle was now inoperable. When I drove 1.5 hrs to pickup my vehicle on 2/26/22 there was now a knocking noise, the check engine light was on, the drive train malfunction indicator was on and I was not even able to drive it out of dealership. I expressed my concerns to the manager Matthew Pickton that stated “they thought they did something wrong but didn’t”. He proceeded to tell us that it was our fault that the car was not serviced often enough. We advised him that we never had any engine trouble until the car was serviced by them and left in their possession for over a month. He then used the analogy. "If you went to a friends house and turned on the light and the light went out when you turned on the switch, are you financially responsible?" I do not think this was an appropriate analogy as a light bulb and an engine are on two very different wave lengths here. Why would he say that they thought they did something wrong? Its because they knew that my vehicle was not in this condition at drop off. I left my vehicle there as it was undrivable and I wanted answers. He would not give us any information. I spoke with Ailed the Care Service director and she backed up her manger almost sounding like a copy paste. On 03/04/22, I had my vehicle towed by my insurance to an authorized BMW dealer local to my home, after being threatened with $75/day storage fee from the service director Ailed Riverol. The local BMW shop NOT AFFILIATED with Auto Nation did a diagnostic on the vehicle costing us an additional $200. It stated my oil filter was new but my engine only had .5 quarts of what “appeared to be old oil”. The engine failed due to “oil starvation”. How was my vehicle starved of oil when Mercedes Benz of Pompano supposedly did an oil change? My vehicle holds 5.3 quarts of oil and was found to only have a half of a quart with no leaks? In addition, at drop off to Mercedes Benz of Pompano, my vehicle was clocked in at 91,214 miles. At pickup, according to my paperwork the mileage was the same at 91,214 for mileage. However, they drove my car during the time of their possession. Also note, there was 91,216 on my odometer at pickup with photo proof. The manager, director and even Corporate will not return my calls nor my request for paperwork and photos from their ipad. I call daily and I'm told by corporate that they will return my calls within 48 hours with not one return call. I have reported this dealership and want their buyers to beware because this to could happen to you. Shame on you for not even looking into my concerns and ghosting me after mentioning a lawyer as you’ve backed me into a corner! Your service technician FAILED to add oil to my car and ruined my engine with an estimated cost of over $14k to replace! I understand mistakes happen but you never once even wanted to try to rectify or investigate this situation and blew me off from the start acting extremely defensive and now refusing to comply with any of my requests for records. Shame on you, your management and this corporation for not doing the right thing!

I cannot get anyone from the dealership to return my calls to provide a status. I'm shocked about the service from a Mercedes-Benz dealership. When I read their reviews online, it seems this is typical behavior. For the people giving them good reviews, I guess you didn't have to go back or need them for anything after the sale.

Go anywhere else but here, now I drive to Delray from Fort Lauderdale because it is the worst, AutoNation should be embarrassed of the General Manager and his employees!! 19 Mercedes since 1990 and noe they are awful….

My family bought 2 cars there Monday. I was promised by our salesman Harold that if we left the car there till Wednesday that it would be detailed perfectly. The windows would be tinted and all would be perfect. Called again Wednesday the day of pickup to confirm with Harold that the car was detailed perfectly and that the scratches were tended to. He again assured me they were but told me that the tinter was away till Saturday. Go to get the car and it was a total mess. The emblems had caked on wax left everywhere and the scratches were never even touched. He had somebody then rush over to try to clean things up. After 40 minutes we just took the car and left. When telling Harold of our extreme dissatisfaction he said we could just bring the car back and cancel the deal. That was his whole response. If you go there please beware of what salesman you use. The dealership is beautiful but the experience was terrible. Still waiting for the call to get the windows tinted that he promised by the way.

The clear coat on the front bumper is coming off abs the weather strip on the door is noticeable torn. Also there’s a piece missing on the dash for the AC. Besides all of that, I like that car.

After hunting around for my dream car I located one at Mercedes Benz of Pompano Beach Florida that was a CPO with a handful of miles. The only problem was I?m in California and the dealership is in Florida. I know you?re probably wondering why I couldn?t shop local? I know me to except the car I wanted is a very limited handbuilt amg gtr so slim pickings finding the right one. After seeing my dream car online I contacted the dealer and was amazed at how professional they were in answering every single one of my countless questions, sending pictures and videos, just totally took care of any concerns I had. I had to finance the car and after working with my local credit union trying get the transaction done the dealership requested they see if they can match the terms and literally less than an hour the transaction wad done, I couldn?t believe it. All maintenance and more was done including fresh tires and 4 wheel alignment all at zero cost. If you are shopping for a new or used car I highly recommend giving MB of Pompano a call! I had my 2012 Mercedes serviced in pompano. It was due for a service check that was over due by 75 days with 105,000 miles. It sat thru COVID for over a year. I asked for that service plus change both batteries - fine. The service agent told me spark plugs were due at 120,000. I said I will come back a 120,000 - fine. Then, after the service, they said they would not reset my service notification until I changed my spark plugs. ???? Not happy

Brought my S65 for service. Called Monday and asked for 2 new tires as had been recommended by your shop. Arranged a Friday afternoon drop with Saturday pick up. Was told they’d have the tires. Well I went to lease a vehicle. Picked a car GLC300 on the lot. Sat down, salesman went to “OZ” as I call him, for the best price. Comes back with $821.00 a month/36 months. It’s a $46,000.00 dollar car. Do the math. 821.00/month X 36 months equals.......Are you kidding me! $200.00 more I can go lease a Range Rover Sport. Crazy. Salesman has to listen and go by what OZ says. Not the salesman that’s an idiot its the manager. He needs to go. I wouldn’t recommend because of the MANAGER. Would of given 5 stars but OZ screwed it up for the salesman.

On April 1, 2021 I sent the following letter to the general manager: Dear Mr. Tyburski; On August 14, 2020, I purchased a 2013 Mercedes-Benz ML 350 from Salesman Harold Minto at your dealership deal #235654 (see attached page of the contract) for $26,595.21. I took delivery of this vehicle approximately one week later. This was a replacement vehicle for one that I had sold approximately a week earlier. When I sold my previous vehicle, I kept the license plate, Florida tag #1R16Z1, which had registration paid through June 2021. Your dealership charged me $149.00 as an electronic filing fee. I realize this is a normal charge and have no issue with this fee. Your dealership also charged me $230.00 for a “title/tag fee.” During the course of the purchase transaction with Mr. Minto, I informed him that I was going to use my old license plate/tag (Florida tag #1R16Z1) for the 2013 ML 350. I brought my previous Florida vehicle registration, and Mr. Minto made a copy of it, so that it could be included in the purchase transaction. I understand that it is common place for a dealer to “estimate” registration fees, and charge more on the purchase contract than will actually be charged by the department of motor vehicles. This has happened multiple times in the past, and I have been sent the registration and a check for the difference, usually within 30 days. In this deal, when the first dealer temporary registration was two days from expiration, Mr. Minto sent me another dealer temporary registration. On October 8, 2020, Mr. Minto emailed me a copy of my registration for the 2013 ML 350 (on the same day is was issued), with my previous license plate/tag number (Florida tag #1R16Z1/ copy attached). I called Mr. Minto and thanked him for his prompt attention to this matter. According to the registration Mr. Minto sent me, the total fees to transfer my old license/ tag number from my old vehicle to the new ML 350 was $4.60, or $215.40 less than I had been charged for title/tag fee. I went to the Collier County Tax Collector and confirmed that $4.60 was the total amount charged to transfer the title. I asked Mr. Minto when I would be receiving a check from your dealership for the $215.40 difference. Mr. Minto told me that I should receive that check within the next few weeks. About a month later, I contacted Mr. Minto, informing him that I had not received the check for the difference in the registration fee. Over the next month we had multiple conversations about the refund check. On December 24, 2020, I received a check from AutoNation, dated December 16, 2020 in the amount of $123.40 (copy attached). On December 24, 2020 at 2:18 PM, I sent Mr. Minto a text message along with the photograph of the check for $123.40, asking him where was the remaining $102.00. Mr. Minto responded that he had done everything within his ability to get me the $215.40 refund, and referred me to “Ryan” ext. 4113 in the finance department. Mr. Minto wished me a Merry Christmas and a happy New Year. Throughout this process, Mr. Minto has been responsive to my needs and questions. Between Monday, December 28, 2020 and March 26, 2021, I called Mercedes-Benz of Pompano three times. Each time the call went to the voicemail of Ryan Barksdale. I left three brief messages for Mr. Barksdale explaining that I was short $102.00 on a registration refund, gaving him my cell phone number, asking him to return my call, which he never did. As of today's date, I have never spoken to Mr. Barksdale or anyone else at Mercedes Benz of Pompano about refunding the remaining $102.00. Mr. Tyburski, I hope we can resolve this $102.00 refund without having to elevate this to a legal action. Had an oil change. Didn?t drive afterwards for a few days . Light comes on TOO MUCH OIL IN ENGINE! It automatically call Mercedes. They told me to stop driving and they will tow my car! Very disappointing experience with Mercedes Benz of Pompano. This is my 4th Mercedes. My 3 previous Mercedes have been purchased at a Hendricks MB & customer service has always been excellent. Not the case with the purchase of my 4th MB at this dealership. Found the car I wanted online at MB of Pompano. Started the communication via a couple of phone calls since we were coming from NC. *1st problem-being mislead or what I would call... false advertising. The wheels pictured were not the wheels that were actually on the car. Even the description stated that the car had the wheels that were in the picture. No one at the dealership could explain what happened to the wheels that were advertised...nor did they care. We decided to go ahead with the purchase since this was the color scheme I was looking for. We emailed all the information that they requested from. Both my husband & myself were emailed the price of the car. I was instructed to bring a cashiers check in the amount that was stated in the email & phone call from Sean, the sales manager. I flew down to purchase the car. Steven, the salesman, took me for a quick test drive & then we sat down to do the paperwork. Mind you, I was told the paperwork would be done before I arrived so it would be a quick process. *2nd problem- after finishing with the salesman I was told the finance guy would finish up. After waiting 45 minutes for Ryan, the finance guy, I finally got up & asked if he was ready for me. He told me no, that he was waiting on additional information from the salesman. I asked him what he needed. All of which I could have provided to him 45 minutes ago....or better yet.... information Ryan could have gotten himself in less than 5 minutes. But that would have required Ryan to actually be proactive. But hey... I’m just the customer I could wait. Plus Ryan totally threw the salesman under the bus by saying “Steven always has paperwork missing “. *3rd BIG problem- Ryan, the finance guy, never once greeted me with a “ how are you?” “Glad you’re here” “excited about your new car?” let alone call me by my name. Come on... this is Mercedes Benz! *4th problem- Ryan glanced down at the cashiers check that I had on the desk & said “I see the amount you have there (the amount that both me & my husband were emailed) & it’s not correct” I actually needed to pay an additional $1200 because someone supposedly didn’t figure the correct amount for NC tags/taxes. Are you kidding me?!?!? Once again no one seemed to care. Ryan & Steven both told me that the GM of the store wouldn’t do anything about it. They didn’t care if I bought the car or not. At this point it was a coin toss....leave & fly back home or buy the car & drive it home. After talking on the phone with my husband we decided to go ahead with the purchase only because it was the car I wanted, S550 coupe, & was the color inside & out that I wanted & haven’t been able to find elsewhere. Once Ryan came back into his office to finish the paperwork I asked him if he enjoyed his job because from where I sat it appeared to me that he didn’t. His response was “I love my job but I’m the guy that gets yelled at for the salesman’s mistakes”. My response was “I never yelled at you”. Zero response or acknowledgment. We finished the paper work, Ryan handed me my copies & said the salesman would finish the rest. Again....never said “thank you for your business” “have a good day” “drive safe on your way back to NC”. Geez, this guy totally ruined what should have been an excited, good experience. *5th problem- I was at the dealership for 2 hours. We had given all the information asked of us ahead of time. I had a cashiers check to pay for the car so no finance paperwork to deal with. I was told it would be a quick process. 2 hours is not quick! Never again will I purchase a car from this dealership or Auto Nation, nor recommend the Auto Nation Group to anyone. The 1 star rating is only because of the car.

AutoNation Mercedes on Copan's Road is the worst Mercedes dealership I've ever had to deal with in my life. The service dept. is horrible, they've damaged my car while in for repairs, the AutoNation in Margate is horrible, they've damaged my car and it has taken them 8 months to finish my car that was a 3 thousand dollar insurance claim. From the G.M. Michael Lucia, to the service mgr. Todd Banks, to the paint and collision rep at the Copan's location Gus Germi, to Omar Heridia and the G.M. at the collision center Rene Estevez. Gus Germi is [non-permissible content removed].. They had more work to do to finish the claim from back in April, and they had no loaner so they told me to get the nicest vehicle from Enterprise rental and Mercedes would reimburse me. I kept the rental much less than the time they had my car, as I have others to drive and now they won't pay for the rental they authorized me to get. I am filing a complaint with the BBB, post a negative review where ever I can, and I now have a lawyer involved. I will not stop reaching out to higher up people that are qualified to make an adult decision. This company has horrible business morals and ethics and they lie! I've only begun my journey to discredit them as a reputable dealership as far as service and paint/collision. And I've already sent two buyers to a different Mercedes dealer and they made their purchase there. My words are loud and clear and respected in the performance/luxury car industry. I will cause them to lose 1000 fold the 1,200.00 +- dollars they owe me. Get ready AutoNation! Update. After filing a complaint with Corporate, Magically 773.73 was paid to Enterprise Rental, thus a credit back on my American Express. You still owe me 450.89. You can pay that amount to me or Enterprise so they can credit my American Express. Let's not forget the damage to my drivers side fender when you tried to deliver it as a completed job and I refused delivery and you guys took 5 more days to do so. I received no loaner or rental for those 5 days as well, and this was damage done while in your care and possession. Wake up and do what's right. Pay the 450.89. I will not disappear. Corporate has been called again. I'm waiting on your crappy dealership to do what's right. Let's also not forget Gus Germi and Todd Banks authorized the Enterprise rental. Moral and ethics are at stake here. And I'm here to show your potential customers how you screw existing customers that have spent thousands and thousands with you and used to trust you.

Our car is low so when we parked we hit the parking stop bumper. It pulled our front bumper loose. We went straight to Mercedes of pompano and we saw Andrew Almanzar. He was wonderful. Very professional and friendly. We left our car and it was fixed in just a few hours. We were very pleased.

This was my first time buying a Mercedes Benz and I was exceptionally disappointed with the experience. I expected first class treatment but had a better experience buying my Hyundai Genesis! This dealership only cares about making money. I originally was looking to purchase a used Mercedes and had committed to buying one until I found out it did not have keyless entry or keyless start. Also did not have the lane assist. Car features were misrepresented. Then I decided on a new car. Their “one price no haggle” policy works totally against you as the customer. This is the Auto Nation” brainchild. So I called an I dependent dealership, got the price I wanted and was ready to buy. Guess what—they matched the price. Then I was told to get my own financing so I did and spent hours getting my bank to process a check in record time. When I go to pick up the car there’s an additional $400 on the invoice for tinting! Told I had to pay it as all their cars are tinted! Sorry— that’s not the price I agreed to. Charge ultimately removed. Paperwork had to be redone. Then you get to spend 3 hours with their Finance people who miraculously get you a better rate on your auto loan. Paperwork gets redone again. Then they detail the many warranties available which increase the cost by $10K. Hyundai has a 100k mile warranty included in the price! When I finally sign all the papers I get to drive my car home. But my brand new car was not properly detailed so told to bring it back on Monday!!! Also driver’s side door had a ding in it. They agreed to fix it after first offering some touch up paint. No thank you. When I bring the car in I’m told it will be in the shop for 2 days but I can’t get a loaner car! WHAT!!!! I threatened to cancel my purchase. They finally agreed to get me a rental car . Had to get a ride to dealership only to be driven to rental car place. Why not pick me up at home? Hyundai dealership drove me to to and from work! Get car back-all perfect. Have car 2 days and battery dies. Totally dead!!! Only 300 miles on my car! Had to call their service. Took over an hour. Battery charged but told to bring in so they can do diagnostic test. Car in shop for 3 hours. They arranged Lyft to bring me home and get me back. Battery had to be replaced. I own this car 3 weeks. Hope this is the last issue I have with it.

I had a Simple diagnostic on the car to find the problem and it turned into battle. They had checked the engine to locate the problem due to usage of the car I couldn?t leave it at the time and told them I will be back . They released the car without even estimates or any type of detail of the code. What makes it interesting , they quoted as? costumer dined the service? remarks. Not even written estimate , or type of the work .. I Checked with other dealerships , later on asked adviser for the part cost $ ..! There was nothing at my print out report . Then I had to go back the pompano for written quote . Turned up to be while other 2 dealers charging $147 for the same part I had a quoted for $233. You figure that out ..!!! Besides the service adviser , treatment of their costumer and mentality based on nothing but draining your wallet and suck it in dealership style. Checked exactly Service with other 2 registered dealership in the area , and guess what Others don?t even charge the diagnostic if you get your car fixed at their location versus I was clearly told by the service manager , regardless the service , they will still charge the diagnostic fee. Which is. $246 By the way , if you happened to go there , please ask at your final bill, when they you use only batter power , What is the $25 extra charge as shop expenses .?????... totally crooks and lousy place .. check with other MB dealer around since you won?t get your car back from any type service in 2-3 days from this people .. good luck ..

Car was checked in and 40 minutes later, I was informed that my particular bag ... was on back order ... would be perhaps 2 weeks or so before it would be received as it was coming from Germany. The customer rep that assisted me, Ronnie was very helpful and polite. I brought my car in for a recall on the passenger air bag and he was able to get another issue I was having with the ac fixed at no charge plus I got my car vacuumed and clean for free. I've bought and sold at least 20+ cars in my lifetime. Working with Fernando and Ashley was great. Friendly, sincere, interested in satisfying the customer, not at all pushy. Started at 10am and by 3pm I was driving home with a CPO MercBenz that had everything I wanted, along with a great price and no-hassle trade-in. My only comment is that the information (car features and options) provided on their website and the MBUSA website did not match. But they did not state more than the car actually had, so not misleading.

Horrible customer service. I brought my car into repair a recalled sunroof. They started by saying only glass was being replaced and they didn't want to own it. They took it back to service manager who brought it back and said it didn't work, go get it fixed and bring it back to have glass replaced. I explained I was selling the car and as a courtesy to the buyer I was getting the recall taken care of. The service manager said I'll have to fix alot more before I sell it. Unbeknownst to them I just changed it all the fuses and took a picture for my reference. I get home and look, they took out the fuse so it wouldn't work. Thanks for wasting my time and I'll for sure be contacting MBUSA to let them know of the practices at this authorized dealer.

My 2015 LEXSUS RX 350 spontaneously caught fire on December 7, 2020. My auto was identified as a total loss. I was interested in replacing my auto with a pre-certified 2018 LEXSUS RX 350, with very low mileage. Geico recommended I contact TrueCar. The service dept. is very weak. They are not customer focused...do not answer the phone, do not return phone calls, do not repair the vehicle correctly the first time, and always end up with other issues after bringing car in for repairs (dirtier than what I left it, flat tire, etc.) The saving grace for the dealership is the GM!! He is fantastic and makes things right. The issue is he is only one person and his team hasn't come around yet to being customer focused.

Not a great experience for my service. Only acceptable. Nobody seemed to care about providing excellent customer service. Every employee had a no care attitude, not a single person asked how they could help or be of assistance when asked. As a business owner I would not accept this kind of performance from my team. Mercedes advertises “ the best or nothing” and should take a closer look at the level of service they are providing their customers being charged for a premium level of service.

AutoNation Mercedes on Copans Road is the worst Mercedes dealership I've ever had to deal with in my life. The service dept. is horrible, they've damaged my car while in for repairs, the AutoNation in Margate is horrible, they've damaged my car and it has taken them 8 months to finish my car that was a 3 thousand dollar insurance claim. From the G.M. Michael Lucia, to the service mgr. Todd Banks, to the paint and collision rep at the Copan's location Gus Germi, to Omar Heridia and the G.M. at the collision center Rene Estevez. Gus Germi is a liar, Michael Lucia is a piece of trash and his little manager robot Todd Banks are all crap.. They had more work to do to finish the claim from back in April, and they had no loaner so they told me to get the nicest vehicle from Enterprise rental and Mercedes would reimburse me. I kept the rental much less than the time they had my car, as I have others to drive and now they won't pay for the rental they authorized me to get. I am filing a complaint with the BBB, post a negative review where ever I can, and I now have a lawyer involved. Disappointing. First time service visit. Dumped into the waiting area, no explanation or tour of facility. Waited two hours for my car. Asked 3 times about fixing the seatbelt retractor and was told it was being done. It was not. Asked to have tires rotated. "Work not performed at this time" was on my invoice. No explanation as to why not. Compared to my previous Cadillac service experience MB came up far short.

My SUV was given the best service, please always ask for RAUL MENDEZ as the advisor, he is the best, he is honest and trustworthy which is contrary to most other people I have dealt with at Mercedes benz of North Miami Beach. I remember the last time I serviced my SUV before this recent service, the workers spill coffee, and blamed on me, and tell me to pay big money....so I have to take my car GLE 350 to Pompano Beach to service because didn’t want to deal with people at Mercedes benz of North Miami Beach anymore....
